Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı iki farklı üniversal adezivin ve iki aşamalı bir self-ecth adezivin, iki farklı kompozit materyalle sınıf 2 restorasyonlardaki klinik performasını başlangıç, 6 ay ve 18 aylık sürelerde değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve yöntem: 124 hastada 252 sınıf 2 kavite Clearfil SE Bond (Kuraray), Single Bond Universal (3M ESPE) ve G-Premio Bond (GC) kullanılarak, Filtek Z550 (3M ESPE) ve G-aenial Posterior (GC) kompozit materyaller ile restore edildi. Modifiye FDI Kriterlerine göre restorasyonlar; marjinal renklenme, kırık ve retansiyon, marjinal adaptasyon, post opreatif hassasiyet ve sekonder çürük açısından iki deneyimli hekim tarafından 1 hafta, 6 ay ve 18 ay sonra değerlendirildi. Her bir zaman diliminde adezivler arasındaki farklılıklar Fisher's Exact testi kullanılarak yapıldı. Restorasyonlarda zamanın etkisi Friedman ve Wilcoxon testi kullanılarak değerlendirildi (p < 0.05). Bulgular: G-aenial Posterior kompozite ait SBU ve GP gruplarında 1'er restorasyon marjinal renklenme gösterdi. SE ve SBU grupları 3'er restorasyonda, GP grubu 1 restorasyonda marjinal adaptasyonda bozulma gösterdi. SBU grubunda 1 restorasyon post operatif hassasiyet gösterdi. Filtek Z550 kompozite ait SE grubunda 1 restorasyon marjinal renklenme görsterdi. SE grubuna ait 1, SBU grubuna ait 2 restorasyon marjinal adaptasyonda bozulma gösterdi. SE grubuna ait 4, SBU grubuna ait 5, GP grubuna ait 3 restorasyonda post operatif hassasiyet görüldü. Restorasyonların hiçbirinde kayıp ve sekonder çürük görülmedi. Filtek Z550 kompozite ait SE ve SBU grupları 1 haftada post operatif hassasiyet açısından anlamlı farklı bulundu (p < 0.05). Toplamda 1 haftalık değerlendirmede her iki kompozit arasında post operatif hassasiyette önemli farklılık bulundu. (p = 0.003). Sonuç: Üniversal adezivler kullanılan altın standart adezivle benzer performans sergiledi. Farklı iki kompozit için ayrı ayrı üç adeziv de benzer performans sergilemiştir. 18 ayın sonunda bütün restorasyonlar başarılı klinik performans sergiledi.

Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical performance of two different universal adhesives and a two-step self-etch adhesive on class 2 restorations with two different composite materials at baseline, 6 months, and 18 months. Material and Method: In 124 patients, 252 class 2 cavities were restored with Filtek Z550 (3M ESPE) and G-aenial posterior (GC) composite materials using Clearfil SE Bond (Kuraray), Single Bond Universal (3M ESPE) and G-Premio Bond (GC). Restorations according to Modified FDI Criteria; Marginal discoloration, fracture and retention, marginal adaptation, post-operative sensitivity and secondary caries were evaluated by two experienced examiners after 1 week, 6 months and 18 months. Differences between adhesives at each time period were made using Fisher's Exact test. The effect of time on restorations was evaluated using the Friedman and Wilcoxon test (p < 0.05). Results: One restoration each in the SBU and GP groups of the G-aenial Posterior composite showed marginal discoloration. SE and SBU groups showed deterioration in marginal adaptation in 3 restorations and GP group in 1 restoration. In the SBU group, 1 restoration showed post-operative sensitivity. In the SE group of Filtek Z550 composite, 1 restoration showed marginal discoloration. 1 restoration of the SE group and 2 restorations of the SBU group showed impaired marginal adaptation. Post-operative sensitivity was observed in 4 restorations of the SE group, 5 of the SBU group, and 3 of the GP group. Loss and secondary caries were not observed in any of the restorations. SE and SBU groups of Filtek Z550 composite were found to be significantly different in terms of postoperative sensitivity at 1 week (p < 0.05). In total, a significant difference in postoperative sensitivity was found between the two composites. (p = 0.003). Conclusion: Universal adhesives performed similarly to the gold standard adhesive used. All three adhesives performed similarly for the two different composites. After 18 months, all restorations demonstrated successful clinical performance.
