Özet
'.“ ',.. ”¦'¦¦ * :'.. }'¦ v.>:-¦¦ ¦.... ;y ?r ÖZET İşletmeler ayakta durabilmeleri için sürekli gelişmek zorundadırlar. Gelişme sürecinde hem maddi kaynakların parasal değerinin artışı, hem de insan kaynaklarının sayısal miktarının artışı yönetim ve organizasyonu gerekli kılmaktadır. Gelişen, değişen hatta küreselleşmeye giden dünyamızda işletmeler iç ve dış çevre koşullarını da göz önünde bulundurarak belirledikleri amaç ve politikalar çerçevesinde etkinlik, karlılık ve verimliliği arttıracak şekilde yeniden yapılanma veya REORGANİZASYON'a ihtiyaç duyarlar. Bu maksatla Koca Şirketler Grubu'nun reorganizasyonu yapılmıştır. Çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölümde Yönetim ve Organizasyonun anlamı ve önemi, ikinci bölümde Organizasyonel Değişikliğin (Reorganizasyon)un tanımı, anlamı, önemi, organizasyonel değişim yöntemleri, organizasyonel değişimdeki basamaklar v.b. konular detaylı olarak işlendikten sonra üçüncü bölümde Koca Şirketler Grubundan uygulama yapılmıştır. Uygulamada birim ve tesis müdürlerinin görev tanımlan; görevin özeti, aktiviteler, hedefler, görevin niceliği, ana hedefler, fonksiyonel ilişkiler, Genel ve spesifik bilgiler ayrı ayrı tanımlanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile görev tanımı yapılan birim ve tesis müdürleri kime bağlı olduğu, kimlere emir vereceği yetki ve sorumluluk sınırları belirlendi. Ayrıca gruba bağlı şirketler ayrı ayrı organizasyon şemalarına sahip iken, KOCA ŞİRKETLER GRUBU şemsiyesi altında tek bir organizasyon şeması hazırlanarak sinerjiden yararlanılmıştır. Böylece Muhasebe, Finans, Satmalma, Makina Tamir Bakım, Pazarlama, Kalite Kontrol gibi ortak faaliyetler merkez tarafından yönetilmeye başlandı. iv

“”-it ABSTRACT The business enterprises has to develop themselves continuosly for living. During the developing period, the increasing of the financial value of the material sources and also the increasing of the numerical values of the human sources will be necessitated management and organization. The enterprises need REORGANIZATION in order to developed their efficiency, profit and productivity with bearing in mind in and outside conditions of the environment in our world which is going to be a global with the developings. For realising of this purpose, the reorganization of the Group of Koca Companies has been done. The study has three chapters. In the first chapter, the meaning and importance of the Management and Organization, in the second chapter, the definition, meaning, importance of the change of Organization (Re- organization), the methods of organization changes, the steps in the change of the organization are processed in details, in the third chapter, the appication has been made from the Group of Koca Companies The definition of the duties of the directors of the department and establishment, the surnary of the duty, activities, purposes, the quantity of the duty, main targets, the functional relations, the general and specific informations have been defineted separately in the application. The limits of the authority and responsibility of the directors of the department and establishment have been determined with this study which their duties and their definition of the duties have been defined before. Despite, the companies of the Group have organization plans separately, only one organization plan has been prepared under the Group of Koca Companies with using sinergy system. Thus, the joint activities such as Account, Finance, Purchase, Repair and Maintenance of Machine, Quality Control have been started to manage by the center.
