Özet
Kur'ân'ı Kerim ayetleri tarih boyunca farklı şekillerde tefsir edilmiştir. Ayetler tefsir edilirken her dönemde, elbette devrinin, dînî, sosyal, iktisâdî, ilmî ihtiyaçları göz önünde bulundurulmuştur. Modern dönemde bu ihtiyacın en bariz şekilde görüldüğü noktada Bilimsel Tefsir biçimi kaçınılmaz olmuştur diyebiliriz. Kısaca ayetlerin bilimsel veriler ışığında tefsir edilmesi şeklinde tanımlayabileceğimiz Bilimsel Tefsir ekolünü makbul gören taraflar bulunduğu gibi eleştirenler de bulunmaktadır. Bu tür tefsir faaliyetini makbul görenlere göre Kur'ân'ı Kerim kıyamete kadar geçerli hidayet rehberi olduğu için içerisinde bilimsel veriler de dâhil olmak üzere, Allah, âlem ve insana dair her türlü bilgiyi içermektedir. Eleştirenlere göre ise, bilimsel verilerin doğruluğu zannî ve deneysel sonuçlama olduğu için, Kur'ân-ı Kerim'in bildirdiği kat'i (kesin) bilgi, zannî ve deneysel sonuçlama yöntemi ile tefsir edilemez. Kur'ân-ı Kerim'in içerdiği konular arasında“Toplumsal Yapı ve Denge”çok önemli bir yere sahip olmuş, dolayısıyla ictimâi konular hemen hemen her tefsirde ele alınmıştır. Kısaca ayetlerin sosyolojik açıdan yeni bir söylem ile ele alınması diyebileceğimiz ictimâi tefsir modern dönemde ciddi bir ilerleme kaydetmiştir. Bu tür tefsir ekolünde ayetler, toplumsal düzen ve kalkınma başta olmak üzere ferdin hayatından başlayarak aile düzeni, kadınının toplumdaki yeri ve değeri, toplum nizamı, ekonomi, siyaset ve sosyal ilişkiler gibi toplumu ilgilendiren temel başlıklar çerçevesinde tefsir edilmiştir. Kur'ân-ı Kerim mu'ciz ve mûciz bir kitap olduğu için, lafzen kısa olsa da manaca çok derin ve geniş anlamlar taşıyan sûreler içermektedir. Astronomi, insanların yaratılışı, İslam karşıtlarına karşı yaratıcının, yaşatıcının, yok edicinin ve de tekrar dirilişin yegâne sahibinin Allah Teâlâ olduğu… gibi konuları veciz bir şekilde ele alan Târık Sûresi de bu sûrelerden biridir. Biz de bu çalışmamızda Târık Sûresi'ni Bilimsel ve İctimâi Tefsirler muvâcehesinde ele aldık

The verses of the Qur'an have been interpreted in different ways throughout history. While interpreting the verses, of course, the religious, social, economic and scientific needs of the period were taken into consideration in every period. It can be said that the form of Scientific Interpretation has become inevitable at the point where this need is most clearly seen in the modern period. In short, there are those who accept the Scientific Tafsîr school, which we can define as the interpretation of verses in the light of scientific data and there are also those who criticize it. According to those who find this kind of tafsir activity acceptable, since the Qur'an is a valid guide until the Day of Judgment, it contains all kinds of information about Allah, the universe and man, including scientific data. According to the critics, since the accuracy of scientific data is presumed and experimental results, the definite information communicated by the Qur'an cannot be interpreted with the method of conjecture and experimental conclusion.“Social Structure and Balance”has a very important place among the subjects included in the Qur'an, so social issues have been dealt with in almost every tafsir. In short, social tafsir, which we can say that the verses are handled with a new discourse from a sociological perspective, has made a serious progress in the modern period. In this kind of tafsir school, the verses are interpreted within the framework of the basic topics that concern the society, such as the family order, the place and value of the woman in society, the social order, economy, politics and social relations, starting from the life of the individual, especially the social order and development. Since the Qur'an is a incapacitating (mu'ciz) and concise (mûciz) book, although it is short in wording, it contains suras that have very deep and broad meanings. Surah Tariq, which concisely deals with subjects such as astronomy, the creation of humans, the creator, the sustainer, the destroyer and the sole owner of the resurrection against the opponents of Islam, is one of these surahs. In this study, the Surah of Tarik considered in the light of Scientific and Social Interpretation.
