Turkish origin signed rock bands and signed rock solo artists perform in Turkey or different countries through live music performances. Live music performances are the process which is from booking to the promotion and also include specific terms. Besides, live music performances have differences for Turkish signed rock bands and rock solo artists. The author dedicated to explain and put forward to these differences for booking and promotion process in live music performance. Also, booking and promotion process in live music performance has specific terms, and so the literature was investigated to go through critical factors about the topic. Then the qualitative method implemented to reach primary data. As depending on this, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the label managers who are responsible for the chosen Turkish signed rock bands and rock solo artists so as for being understandable by using this research method. Because of this, the author researched about qualitative research method for this thesis. Also, the researched was limited with Turkish signed rock bands and signed rock solo artists performing abroad. Besides, secondary data was presented. In order to gather detailed and more relevant data, the author decided to conduct the interviews with the selected four rock bands' and rock solo artists' label managers. These rock bands and solo artists are Seksendört (Rock band), Necati ve Saykolar (Rock Band), Arif Erdem Ocak (Solo Artist), Emre Aydın (Solo Artist) and Zakkum (Rock Band). Due to conducted method, Turkish signed rock bands' booking and promotion process are more different than Turkish signed rock solo artists' process. Significantly, the concept of the brand face has a crucial role for Turkish signed rock bands and signed rock solo artists in booking and promotion process. Also, the contract terms regarding the booking process include differences in terms of technical details and financial issues. Especially in terms of financial issues, the rock bands' members get lower share more than rock solo artists.
