Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında 1624-1650 yıllarını kapsayan 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 numaralı Amasya Şer'iyye Sicilleri okunmuş, önce belge sonra da konularına göre tasnif edilmiş, farklı görülen ve defter ilerledikçe devamı olan hadiselere yer verilmiştir. Tez üç kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci kısımda her belge türünün tanımı yapılmış, tasnif edilen belgeler ferman, berat buyruldu, mürasele, temessük gibi kategorilere ayrılmış ve tablo düzeninde gösterilmiştir. Bu tabloda her belgeden hangi defterde kaçar tane olduğu yazılmış ve dipnotta numaraları verilmiştir. İkinci kısımda Amasya şehrinin Fiziki yapısını hafızada canlandırmak hedeflenmiş ve belgelerde geçen dinî yapılar, medreseler, hamamlar, vakıflar gibi sosyal yapılara yer verilmiştir. Mahkemeye yansıyan asayiş meseleleri (hırsızlık, darp ve cinayet vs.gibi) fazla olması sebebiyle tezin en ehemmiyetli ve uzun kısmını bu bölüm oluşturmaktadır. Üçüncü kısımda ise, 1624-1650 yılları arasında, Devlet-i Ali'ye tarafından belirlenen narh fiyatlarının her geçen yıl dikkat çekecek derecede değişmesi, Müslümanların ve gayrimüslimlerin gerçekleştirdikleri mal-mülk satışlarına biçilen fiyatlar gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır.

In this thesis study, Amasya Court Records numbered 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 covering the years 1624-1650 were read, classified according to their subjects, events that were seen differently and continued as the book progressed were included. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, each document type is defined and the classified documents are shown in a table order. In this table, the number of each document in which book is written and their numbers are given in the footnote. In the second part, it is aimed to revive the physical structure of the city of Amasya in memory and social structures such as religious buildings, madrasahs, baths, foundations mentioned in the documents are included. This section constitutes the most important and long part of the thesis due to the high number of public order issues (theft, assault and murder) reflected in the court. In the third part, between the years 1624 and 1650, the price of the fixed price determined by the State-i Ali changed remarkably with each passing year, and the prices determined for the property sales realized by Muslims and non-Muslims are shown.
