Form created by the researchers. In the analysis of the data obtained, Mann Whitney U was analyzed with Kruskal Wallis H Analysis. In the evaluation of the data, the level of significance was accepted as p<0.05. The mean SQLQ score of the women participating in the study was found to be 64.10. It was determined that the sexual life quality of the women who graduated from undergraduate/graduate education level differed statistically significantly compared to the other groups (p<0.05). It was determined that the sexual life quality of women with chronic disease differed statistically significantly compared to women without chronic disease (p<0.05). It was determined that the quality of sexual life of women who regularly do sports differs statistically significantly compared to women who do not regularly do sports (p<0.05). It was determined that the quality of sexual life of women with 3 or more births was statistically significantly different compared to women with 2 or less births (p<0.05). It was determined that the sexual quality of life of women who had abortion was statistically significantly different from women who did not have abortion (p<0.05). It was determined that the sexual life quality of women who entered menopause differed statistically significantly compared to women who did not enter menopause (p<0.05). Within the scope of this study, it was found that women's SQLQ-F scores were higher than the average, but the women's education level, presence of chronic disease, giving birth, having three or more births, having abortion, menopause, urinary tract infection and urinary incontinence did not significantly affect the quality of their sexual life (p. <0.05).
Özet (Çeviri)
In this study, the prevalence of Toxoplasma gondii in cats in Denizli province was investigated. 31 male and 29 female cats aged 1-8 years participated in the study. The presence of IgG and IgM was checked using the rapid diagnosis kit, which is widely used in clinics. Those with IgG and IgM were considered positive. Each age, breed, gender, diet and habitat of the cats were compared and evaluated. It was observed that the gender difference of the cats did not express any statistical difference. However, it was observed that 35 of 60 animals had street contact, 2 of these 35 animals were Ig G and Ig M positive, and 12 of them were Ig G positive. No positive results under the age of 1 year, 2 positives between the ages of 1-5, and 12 positive results for those over 5 years old. positive results show that its presence increases with age. As a result of the results, it shows that 24% of 60 animals in Denizli are positive, 35 of them are street contact and 40% of street contacts are positive. It was determined that 2 out of every 5 cats living on the street in Denizli were positive for Toxoplasma gondii.
