Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı hazırlanan Bilişsel Davranışçı Psikoterapi yaklaşımıyla bütünleştirilmiş Manevi Danışmanlık Modeli olan İHSAN Modeli Psiko-eğitim Programının Evlilikte Uyum, Empati ve İletişim Düzeyine İyileştirici Etkisini incelemektir. Bu amaçla araştırmada Kontrol Gruplu Ön-test ve Son-test Deneysel Desen kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma 25+25 çift deney ve 25+25 çift kontrol grubunda bulunan kadın ve erkekten 19 ile 65 yaş aralığındaki toplam 100 evli çifte uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada verileri, Deney ve Kontrol gruplarına Yenilenmiş Çift Uyum Ölçeği, YDEUÖ İletişim Alt Ölçeği, YDEUÖ Empati alt Ölçeği ve Sosyodemoğrafik Bilgi Formu ölçme araçlarının uygulanması sonucunda toplanmıştır. Deney gurubuna araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan 4 Haftayı kapsayan 12 oturumluk İHSAN Modeline dayalı psiko-eğitim programı, zoom uygulaması üzerinden online canlı yayın olarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında deney grubuna psiko-eğitim verilirken, kontrol grubuna herhangi bir işlem yapılmamıştır. Yapılan Karşılaştırmalı analizler sonucunda Deney grubu öntest ve sontest verileri ile guruplar arasında öntest ve sontest verileri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılaşmaya ulaşılması ihsan modeli psiko-eğitim programının evlilikte uyum, empati ve iletişim düzeyine pozitif yönde etki ettiğini göstermektedir.

The aim of this research is to examine the Healing Effect of the İHSAN Model Psycho-education Program, which is a Spiritual Counseling Model integrated with the Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy approach, on the Level of Harmony, Empathy, and Communication in Marriage. For this purpose, Pre-test and Post-test Experimental designs with the Control Group were used in the research. This study was applied to a total of 100 married couples between the ages of 19 and 65, male and female in the 25+25 couples experimental and 25+25 couples control groups. In the study, the data were collected as a result of the application of the Renewed Dynasty Compatibility Scale, the NDEE Communication Sub-Scale, the NDEE Empathy Sub-Scale, and the Sociodemographic Information Form measurement tools to the Experimental and Control groups. In this context, the research was applied voluntarily to married couples living in different cities of Turkey, working in public and private institutions, and housewives. The psycho-education program based on the İHSAN Model, consisting of 12 sessions covering 4 weeks, prepared by the researcher, was applied to the experimental group as an online live broadcast over the zoom application. While psycho-education was given to the experimental group within the scope of the research, no action was taken to the control group. In the comparative analysis, the statistically significant difference between the experimental group pretest and post-test data and the intergroup pretest and post-test data shows that the Ihsan model psycho-education program affects the level of harmony, empathy, and communication in marriage.
