Özet
Modern turizm dönemi, ülkenin kalkınması ile yakından bağlantılıdır ve giderek artan sayıda yeni destinasyonu kapsar. Turizmle ilgili dinamikler, turizmi hem sosyal hem de ekonomik ilerleme için kilit bir itici güç haline getirmiştir. Ülkemiz turizminin tanıtılması her platformda çeşitlenmesi ve sayısal anlamda artırılması gerekmektedir. Turistler, hızla gelişen teknolojik gelişmeler ışığında gezilecek alanlarla ilgili bilgileri önceden internet ortamında araştırmaktadır. Araştırmalar sonucunda gidilecek yerlerin planlaması ve gidilecek yerlerle ilgili bilgiler önceden toplanıp karar verme süreçlerini içermektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında araştırılan yerlerle ilgili bilgileri, farklı platformlarla entegre ederek tek bir uygulama aracılığıyla web tabanlı harita üzerinden sunmayı hedeflemektedir. Turizme katılan kullanıcılar, bilgiyi sadece tüketen değil aynı zamanda turizm ile ilgili bilgiyi üreten kişiler olarak da uygulamaya katılabilecektir. Kullanıcı, konumsal bilgi üretmek istemese dahi kullanıcının yaptığı beğeni, gittiği yerler gibi verileri kullanıcı izni ile kullanarak interaktif katılım sağlanacaktır. Bu tez kapsamında sistem, açık kaynak teknolojiler kullanılarak tasarlanmıştır. İnternet ortamında bir platformun oluşturulması için ilgili bütün kısımlar hem bilgi teknolojileri hem de haritacılık amacıyla incelenmiştir. Kullanıcılar, yapacakları analizler ile gezebilecekleri rotaları oluşturabildiği gibi kendi oluşturdukları verileri harita üzerinden yayınlayabilmektedir. Elde edilen bilgiler, ülke turizminin gelişmesine katkı sunmak için kullanılabilecektir.

The era of modern tourism is closely linked to the development of the country and encompasses an increasing number of new destinations. The dynamics associated with tourism have made tourism a key driver for both social and economic progress. The promotion of tourism in our country should be diversified in every platform and increased numerically. In the light of rapidly developing technological developments, tourists search for information about the areas to visit on the internet in advance. As a result of the researches, the planning of the places to be visited and the information about the places to be visited are collected in advance and include decision-making processes. Within the scope of this study, it aims to provide information about the researched places through a web-based map through a single application by integrating it with different platforms. Users who participate in tourism will be able to participate in the application not only as people who consume information but also produce information related to tourism. Even if the user does not want to produce positional information, interactive participation will be provided by using data such as the user's likes, places he / she goes with the user's permission. Within the scope of this thesis, the system is designed using open source technologies. All relevant parts for the creation of a platform in the internet environment were examined for both information technology and cartography purposes. Users can create routes that they can travel with the analyzes they will make, as well as publish the data they create on the map. The information obtained will be used to contribute to the development of the country's tourism.
