Özet
Kırâat-ı aşere olgusu çerçevesinde el-Bakara sûresi örnekliğinde iltifât sanatına değinen bu çalışma bir giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışma-nın temel yapısına mesnet oluşturmak üzere ön bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Kırâat tarihinin özet bir takdiminin yapıldığı birinci bölümde ilk olarak kırâat ilminin târifine, konusuna, faydasına, amacına ve hükmüne değinilmiş, ardından nüzûl dönemindeki hareketliliğini de içine alacak şekilde üç döneme ayırarak kırâat farklılıklarının ortaya çıkışını tarihi bir seyir içinde kısa ve öz bilgilerle izâh edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Belâgat ve iltifât ile ilgili bazı temel bilgilerin yer aldığı ikinci bölümde; belâgat ilmi ile ilgili özet bir takdimin ardından iltifât sanatının tanıtımı yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda iltifât sanatınının şartları ele alınarak her bir şart iki örnekle detaylı bir şekilde anlatılmış, iltifât sanatının Kur'ân terkibindeki belâğî incelikleri ve edebî gü-zellikleri bu çerçevede, tefsirler ışığında aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Aynı şekilde çalışmamızın bel kemiğini oluşturan üçüncü bülümde kırâat-ı aşe-re bağlamında el-Bakara sûresi örnekliğinde aynı kırâat içinde veya kırâatler arası ge-çişlerin neden olduğu iltifâtlar tespit edilmiş, iltifâtın tespit edildiği âyetlerde lafız ve mânâlar arasında gizlenmiş geniş anlam zenginliklerine yeri geldikçe değinilmeye çalı-şılmıştır. Böylece Kur'ân âyetlerinin anlaşılmasında iltifât ve kırâatler arasındaki ba-ğın ne kadar kuvvetli olduğu örneklerle izâh edilmiştir.

This study, which deals with the art of compliment in the example of al-Baqara within the framework of the phenomenon of recitation, consists of an intro-duction and three parts. In the introduction part, preliminary information is given to form a basis for the basic structure of the study.In the first chapter, in which a brief presentation of the history of recitation is made, first of all, the description, subject, benefits, purpose and judgment of the science of recitation are mentioned, and then, by dividing it into three periods, including its activity in the period of descent, the emergence of the differences in recitation in a historical course with brief and concise information. tried to be explained.In the second part, which includes some basic in-formation about rhetoric and compliment; After a brief introduction about the science of rhetoric, the art of compliment was introduced. In this context, by considering the conditions of the art of compliment, each condition was explained in detail with two examples, and the eloquent subtleties and literary beauties of the art of compliment in the Qur'anic composition were tried to be conveyed in the light of commentaries. Likewise, in the third part, which forms the backbone of our study, compli-ments caused by transitions within the same recitation or between recitations in the example of al-Baqara Surah in the context of qira'at-i ashare have been identified, and the richness of meaning hidden between words and meanings in the verses in which the compliment is determined has been tried to be mentioned when appropri-ate. Thus, it has been tried to explain with examples how strong the connection be-tween compliments and recitations is in understanding the verses of the Qur'an.
