Özet
Bu araştırmanın genel amacı, Fair Play eğitiminin spor lisesi öğrencilerinin ahlaki karar alma tutumları üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Konya Spor Lisesinde eğitim öğretimine devam eden öğrenciler (n=51, 27 erkek – 24 kız) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma, deneme modellerinden ön test – son test tek gruplu model (Yarı deneysel) olarak desenlenmiştir. Uygulama, 2022 yılı Nisan-Mayıs ayları arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uygulama aşamasında, danışman kontrolünde altı oturumdan oluşan Fair Play eğitimi araştırmacı tarafından verilmiştir. Eğitim öncesi ve sonrası katılımcıların ahlaki karar alma tutumları incelenmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu ile Lee vd. (2007) tarafından geliştirilen ve Gürpınar (2014) tarafından“Altyapı Sporlarında Ahlaki Karar Alma Tutumları”adıyla Türkçe'ye uyarlanan ölçek kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi için IBM SPSS 22 programı kullanılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağıldığı gözlemlenmiş ve istatistiki işlemler için parametrik testler tercih edilmiştir. Bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olup olmadığını tespit etmek amacıyla bağımsız örneklem t testi, öntest-sontest karşılaştırmalarını yapmak için parametrik testlerden olan paired samples t testi kullanılmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 veya p<0.01 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; major bulgular tüm değerlerde son test lehine daha iyi sonuçlar olduğunu göstermektedir. Üstelik ahlaki karar alma tutumları ölçeği alt boyutlarının öntest-sontest aritmetik ortalamaları arasındaki fark üç alt boyutta da anlamlı bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlar ışığında Fair Play eğitiminin ahlaki karar alma tutumlarına etkisinin olumlu olduğu ve eğitim çağındaki sporcu-öğrencilere Fair Play eğitimi verilebileceği söylenebilir.

The general aim of this study is to examine the effect of Fair Play education on the moral decision-making attitudes of sports high school students. The study group of the research consists of students (n=51, 27 boys – 24 girls) who continue their education at Konya Sports High School in the 2021-2022 academic year. The research was designed as a pretest-posttest single-group model (semi-experimental) among the experimental models. The implementation was carried out between April and May 2022. During the experimental phase, Fair Play training consisting of six sessions was given by the researcher under the control of the consultant. Before and after the education, the moral decision-making attitudes of the participants were examined. As a data collection tool in the research, developed by Lee et al. (2007) and adapted into Turkish by Gürpınar (2014) with the name“ Adaptation of the Attitudes to Moral Decision-Making in Youth Sport Questionnaire”was used. In addition, a personal information form prepared by the researcher was used. IBM SPSS 22 program was used for the analysis of the obtained data. It was observed that the data were normally distributed so parametric tests preferred for statistical operations. Independent samples t-test was used to determine whether there was a significant difference between dependent and independent variables, and paired samples t-test, which is one of the parametric tests, was used to make pretest-posttest comparisons. Significance level was accepted as p<0.05 or p<0.01. As a result of the research, major findings show better results in favor of post-test at all values. Moreover, the difference between the pretest-posttest arithmetic averages of the sub-dimensions of the moral decision-making attitudes scale was found to be significant in all three sub-dimensions. In the light of these results, it can be said that the effect of Fair Play education on moral decision-making attitudes is positive and Fair Play education can be given to athletes-students at the education age.
