Özet

18-24 aylık bebeği olan annelere uygulanan gelişim destek programının bebeklerin gelişimlerine etkisinin olup olmadığını belirlenmeyi amaçlayan araştırmada ön test, son test ve kalıcılık testi kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 9 bebek deney, 9 bebek ise kontrol grubu olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada bebeklerin gelişimlerini değerlendirmek amacıyla bu çalışma kapsamında Türkçe'ye uyarlaması yapılan Mullen Erken Öğrenme Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada 18-24 aylık bebeği olan annelere haftada iki gün olmak üzerek 10 hafta süresince çevrimiçi olarak gelişim destek programı (BEGDAP) uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre18-24 aylık bebeği olan annelere uygulanan gelişim destek programının deney grubundaki bebeklerin kaba motor, ince motor, alıcı dil, ifade edici dil boyutları üzerinde anlamlı bir farklılığa neden olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Ölçeğin görsel algı alt boyutunda ise uygulanan eğitim programının etkisinin olmadığı görülmüştür. Mullen Erken Öğrenme Ölçeğinin son test olarak uygulanmasından 15 gün sonra deney grubunda yer alan bebeklere kalıcılık testi uygulanmıştır. Kalıcılık testi sonrasında bebeklerin ölçeğin, kaba motor, ince motor ve ifade edici alt boyutlarında ön test puanına göre artış olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Ölçeğin alıcı dil alt boyutunda ise kalıcılık testinde son test puanına göre artış olduğu görülmüştür. Söz konusu puan artışlarının deneysel işlemden kaynaklandığı, yapılan kalıcılık testlerinden sonra da deneysel işlemin etkisinin devam ettiği sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda öneriler sunulmuştur.

A quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and permanence test control group was used in the research that aims to determine whether the developmental support program applied to mothers with 18-24 month old babies has an effect on the development of infants. 9 babies were determined as the experimental group and 9 babies as the control group. The Mullen Early Learning Scale, which was adapted into Turkish within the scope of this study, was used in the study in order to evaluate the development of infants. In the study, an online development support program (BEGDAP) was applied to mothers with 18-24 month old babies for 10 weeks, two days a week. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the developmental support program applied to mothers with 18-24 month old babies caused a significant difference in gross motor, fine motor, receptive language and expressive language dimensions of babies in the experimental group. In the visual perception sub-dimension of the scale, it was observed that the applied training program had no effect. The permanence test was applied to the babies in the experimental group 15 days after the Mullen Early Learning Scale was applied as a post-test. After the permanence test, it was found that the infants' gross motor, fine motor and expressive sub-dimensions of the scale increased compared to the pretest score. It was observed that there was an increase in the receptive language sub-dimension of the scale compared to the post-test score in the permanence test. It was concluded that the mentioned increase in scores was caused by the experimental procedure, and the effect of the experimental procedure continued after the permanence tests. Suggestions were presented in line with the findings obtained as a result of the research.
