Özet
Araştırmanın temel amacı rehberlik programlarına etki eden faktörlerin incelenmesidir. Bu faktörlere araştırmada psikolojik danışma yöntem ve teknikleri perspektifinden bakılmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ilk olarak psikolojik danışmanların görev yaptıkları kurumda gerekli gördükleri yöntem ve teknikler incelenmiştir. Daha sonra ise bu yöntem ve tekniklerde kendilerini geliştirmeye ne derecede ihtiyaç duydukları ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırma 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılı içerisinde Kayseri ili sınırlarında görev yapan 515 rehber öğretmenden 106'sı ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada veri toplama amacıyla hazırlanan anket maddelerinin iç güvenilirlik katsayısı α= .954 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarının değerlendirmesinde ise aritmetik ortalamalara bakılarak değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına bakıldığında; alan dışı görev yapan rehber öğretmenlerin ilk aşamada psikolojik danışma yöntemlerini gerekli görmedikleri sonucuna ulaşıldığı söylenebilir. İkinci aşamada ise dolayısıyla bu yöntemlere ihtiyaç duymadıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ancak alan içi eğitim alan uzmanların ise psikolojik danışma yöntemlerini hem gerekli gördükleri hem de ihtiyaç duydukları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca araştırma daha birçok farklı değişken açısından anlamlı farklılıklar olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

The main purpose of the research is to examine the factors affecting the guidance programs. These factors are looked at from the perspective of psychological counseling methods and techniques in the research. For this purpose, the methods and techniques that psychological counselors deem necessary in the institution they serve are examined first. Then, in these methods and techniques, it was revealed to what extent they needed to improve themselves. The research was carried out with 106 of 515 counselors working in the province of Kayseri in the 2018-2019 academic year. In the research, the internal reliability coefficient α= .954 of the survey items prepared for the purpose of collecting data was calculated. In the evaluation of the research results, evaluations were made by looking at arithmetic averages. Looking at the results of the research; It can be said that the guidance teachers working outside the field did not consider psychological counseling methods necessary in the first stage. In the second stage, it was concluded that they did not need these methods. However, it has been determined that the specialists who receive intra-field training both consider psychological counseling methods necessary and need them. Furthermore, the research reveals significant differences in many other variables.
