Özet
Yüksek lisans tezi olarak takdim edilen bu çalışmanın konusu; taahhütlü abonelik sözleşmesinin, TKHK'nin ve ASY'nin kapsamıyla sınırlı olarak, tüketicinin korunması hukuku yönünden incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; taahhütlü abonelik sözleşmesinin tüketici hukukunun kapsamına girip girmediğinin belirlenmesinde kullanılması gereken kriterler, bu belirlemenin hukuki sonuçları, taahhütlü abonelik sözleşmesinin tanımı, tarafları, unsurları, hukuki niteliği, özellikleri, kurulması ve şekli incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde; tarafların sözleşme kapsamında hakları ve yükümlülükleri, taahhütlü abonelik sözleşmesinin sona erme nedenleri ve sona ermesinin sonuçları ele alınarak çalışma nihayete erdirilmiştir.

The subject of this study, which is presented as a master's thesis; is the examination of the committal subscription contract in terms of consumer protection law, limited to the scope of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Subscription Contracts.In the first part of the study; the criteria to be used in determining whether a committal subscription contract is within the scope of consumer law, the legal consequences of this determination, the definition of a committal subscription contract, its parties, elements, legal nature, features, establishment and form have been examined.In the second part of the study; The study was concluded by considering the rights and obligations of the parties within the scope of the contract, the reasons for the termination of the committal subscription contract and the consequences of its termination.
