Özet
COVID-19 pandemisinin başlaması, ekonominin birçok sektörü üzerinde yıkıcı etkiler yarattı. COVID-19 pandemisinin bulaşıcı hızı nedeniyle oluşturulan kontrol önlemleri sonucunda denizcilik sektörü büyük ölçüde etkilendi. Aşağıdaki araştırma, COVID-19 pandemisinin otomobil endüstrisi üzerindeki etkisini analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır: denizcilik sektörü üzerine bir araştırma. Hedefler, COVID-19 pandemisinin otomobil nakliye şirketlerinin operasyonel işlevleri üzerindeki etkisini değerlendirmeyi ve COVID-19 pandemisinin otomobil nakliye şirketlerinin finansal durumu üzerindeki etkisini analiz etmeyi içeren dört spesifik hedefe daha çok bölündü. COVID-19 pandemisinin otomobil nakliye şirketlerinin insan kaynakları kapasitesi üzerindeki etkisini araştırmak, gelecekte denizcilik sektörünün ayakta kalması yönünde çeşitli öneriler ve stratejiler sunmaktır. Araştırmada bu amaçlara ulaşmak için üç araştırma sorusu kullanıldı. Türkiye ve Ürdün, Mısır'daki otomobil nakliye şirketlerinde çalışan ve bu konuda çok az ayrıntı olduğu için çalışmanın hedeflerine mükemmel bir şekilde ulaşmak için büyük deneyime sahip çalışanlara çevrimiçi anketler dağıtılarak bir anket gerçekleştirildi. Sonuçlar bu bölümde çalışmanın amaçları ve formüle edilen hipotezlerle bağlantılı olarak tartışılmaktadır. Veri analizinden elde edilen bulgular, COVID-19 salgını ile otomobil nakliye şirketlerinin organizasyonel performansı arasındaki ilişkinin doğasını gösterecektir.

The beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic has had disruptive effects on many sectors of the economy. As a result of the control measures that were established due to the infectious rate of the COVID-19 pandemic, the shipping sector has been greatly affected. The following research seeks to analyze the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the automobile industry: a study on the shipping sector. The objectives were more broken down into four specific objectives which include evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the operational functions of automobile shipping companies, analyzing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the financial position of automobile shipping companies, and investigating the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the human resource capacity of automobile shipping companies, providing various recommendations and strategies in the direction of the survival of the shipping sector in the future. As the research was used three research questions to achieve these objectives. A survey is conducted by distributing online questionnaires to employees working in automobile shipping companies in Turkey and Jordan, Egypt who have a great experience to achieve objectives of the study perfectly since there are few details on this topic. The results are discussed in this section in relation with the study objectives and the hypotheses that have been formulated. The findings from the data analysis would show the nature of the relationship between the COVID-19 pandemic and organizational performance of automobile shipping companies.
