Özet
Kur'ân, mesajını muhatabına iletirken çeşitli yöntemler kullanmıştır. Bu bağlamda Kur'ân kıssaları vahyin mesajını muhataba iletmede önemli bir görev üstlenmişlerdir. Ayrıca kıssaların nâzil olduğu dönemle de toplumsal, sosyal ve siyâsî yönden bağlantısı bulunmaktadır. Bu anlamda kıssalar vahiy ortamı hakkında çıkarımlar yapabilmemize olanak sağlamaktadır. Kıssalar, nâzil olduğu topluma ideal davranış örneği sunar; geçmiş ümmetlerdeki inkârcıların durumlarını haber vererek muhataplarını uyarır; özel ve etkileyici anlatımlarla muhatapların ibret almasını, durup düşünmesini önerir. Öte yandan peygamberlerin tebliğ mücadelelerini mevzubahis etmeleri yönüyle birtakım usûl ve ilkeler öğretir. Hz. Süleyman-Belkıs kıssasında da bu tür ilkeler mevcuttur. Bu çalışmada, Hz. Süleyman-Belkıs kıssası nüzûl-sîret ilişkisi bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca kıssada mevzubahis edilen her iki karakterin de hükümdar olmaları sebebiyle siyâsî yönleri konu edilmiştir. Özellikle Hz. Süleyman'ın peygamberlik görevini bu arka plan dâhilinde nasıl yerine getirmeye çalıştığı anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu husus, Hz. Peygamber'in davet metotlarıyla ilişkilendirilmiş, benzerlikler ve farklılıklara değinilmiştir. Peygamberlerin davet üslûplarından örnekler sunulmuştur. Buradan hareketle davette üslûbun önemine işaret edilerek bu hususa dair üslûp ve ilkeler çeşitli yönleriyle ele alınmıştır. Üç bölümden oluşan bu çalışma, temelde Hz. Süleyman-Belkıs kıssasının sîret bağlamında değerlendirilmesini içermekte, buna ilave olarak kıssadan siyâsî iletişim ve davet öğretisine yönelik olarak çıkartılabilecek ilke ve prensipleri tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır.

The Qur'an used various methods while conveying its message to answerer. In this context, the parables of the Qur'an have undertaken an important task in conveying the message of revelation to the answerer. In addition, there is a communal, social and political connection with the period when the stories were revealed. In this sense, the parables allow us to make inferences about the environment of revelation. The parables present an example of ideal behavior to the society to which it was revealed; warns answerer by informing about the situation of the deniers in the past community; with special and impressive expressions and recommend the answerers to take a lesson and stop and think. On the other hand, parables teach some methods and principles in terms of talking about the struggles of prophets to convey. These kinds of principles are also existing in the parable of Solomon-Belkis. In this study, the parable of Solomon-Belkis is discussed in the context of the relationship between content and comment. In addition, are mentioned the political aspects of both characters in the story because of being emperors. Especially, are studied to understand how Solomon perform his prophetic duty within this background. This matter is associated with the invitation methods of the Prophet Muhammed and are mentioned similarities and differences with him. From this point of view, was pointed out the importance of style in the invitation and the style and principles regarding this issue were discussed in various aspects. This study consists of four chapters and basically talk about parable of Solomon-Belkis evaluation the context of comment. In addition to this, it aims to determine the teachings and principles that can be derived from the parable directed the teaching of political communication and invitation.
