Özet
ÖZET Çalışmamız, Türkiye Cumhuriyetinin oluşum sürecinde siyasal iktidarın milli kimliği tanımlamak için tarihle girdiği işbirliğini Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Tarihi ders kitapları aracılığı ile göstermeye dayanmaktadır. Etnik merkezli bir tarih anlayışının şekillendirdiği Türk Tarih Tezi, Türkiye Cumhuriyetinin ideolojik yapısına önemli katkılar sağlamıştır. Türk Tarih Tezini ortaya koyan Cumhuriyet kadroları, İslam-Osmanlı tarih anlayışını gözardı eden, milli tarihyazıcılığını ve eğitimini ön plana çıkarmışlardır. Türk Tarih Tezi ortaya konulduktan sonra, bu tezi anlatan ve tartışan kitaplar yazılmış, kongreler toplanmış ve ilmi çalışmalar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Atatürk'ün öncülüğünde gerçekleşen bu girişimler, Türk Tarih Kurumu ve Dil-Tarih ve Coğrafya Fakültesinin çalışmaları ile desteklenmiştir. Türk Tarih Tezinin ortaya konulması ile birlikte, bunun öğretilmesi için tarih ders kitabı yazımına girişilmiştir. Bu girişimin en önde gelen örneği, Türk Tarihinin Anahatları kitabı ve buna dayanılarak yazılan lise ders kitaplarıdır. Bu ders kitapları içinde Tarih IV: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kitabı, Türk Tarih Tezini ortaya koyanların yaptıkları tarihi ve giriştikleri inkılapları, ders kitabı çerçevesinde, anlatmaktadır. Tarih /V,Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarih yazımının ilk örneğidir ve daha sonra bu alanda yazılmış olanları derinden etkilemiştir. Cumhuriyet rejimini ve inkılaplarını yaygınlaştırmak için Türk inkılap Tarihi Enstitüsü(1942) kurulmuştur. Tek-parti döneminin sonlarına doğru Enver Ziya Karal'ın yazdığı Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Tarihi ders kitabı ortaöğretimde okutulmaya başlanmıştır. Karal'ın kitabı, Tarih IVün etkisinde olmakla birlikte, daha ilmi ve daha öğreticidir. Günümüze kadar, Tarih IV ve Karal'ın kitabının etkisinde kalan birçok Türkiye Cumhuriyeti veya Türk İnkılap Tarihi ders kitabı yazılmıştır.inönü döneminin en önemli kültürel hareketi hümanist anlayışa dayanan Batı klasiklerinin tercümesidir. Hümanist, demokratik, liberal...vb. eğilimler, tek-parti yönetimine karşı gelişen muhalefete ideolojik alt yapı hazırlamıştır. Ancak hümanist anlayış bir kısım aydınlarca sürdürülmeye çalışılmış,fakat başarılı olamamıştır. Çok partili siyasal hayatla birlikte, iktidar-muhalefet tartışmaları ve çekişmeleri tarih ders kitaplarına kadar yansımıştır. Buna en güzel örnekte Zuhuri Danışman' in Yeni Tarih Dersleri III kitabı verilebilir. Bu çalışmamızda Türk Tarih Tezini ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Tarihi yazımını anlamaya çalıştık. Gördük ki, Türk Tarih Tezinin, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Tarihi için, çok yönlü siyasal, kültürel ve ideolojik etkileri olmuştur.

SUMMARY: This study refers to cooperation between political power and the history for the national identification with the aid of lecture notes of the history of the Turkish Republic in the period of the formation of the Republic of Turkey. The Turkish History Thesis, which is formed by the ethnocentric historical approach,contributed to the ideooljical structure of the Turkish Republuc.The Republians, who put the Turkish History Thesis forward, rejected the Islamic-Ottoman historical approach and settled the national history-writing and education. After the Turkish History Thesis was produced, the books were written, the congresses were assembled and the scientific works were made with this thesis. These enterprises which were realised by Atatürk's leadership were supported by the works of the Turkish Historical Society and the Faculty of Language- History and Geography. Within arrangment of the Turkish History Thesis, the history books were written for teaching of this thesis. The prominient example of this enterprise is the writing of the book“Türk Tarihinin Anahatları' and lycee lecture notes which were based on the book mentioned above were written. Among these books, ”Tarih IV tell us about the national struggle and the new reforms and it is presented as a lecture note.“Tarih IV”is the first example of the history-writing of the Republic of Turkey. This book effected the other books which were written about the history lesson's books. Istitute of the Turkish Revolution History(1942) was founded in orther to wide spread Republic regime and its reforms.Towards the end of the single-party period, the history of the Republic of Turkey's lecture note which was written by Enver Ziya Karal had been taught in the secondary schools. Karal's book which was effected by Tarih IV is more scientific and didactic than that of Tarih IV. Up until now, many lecture notes of“the Turkish Republic”or“Turkish Revolution History”which were impacted by Tarih IV and Karal's book have been written.The most important cultural movement in the period of İnönü is the translation of the western clasics which were based on humanist approach. Humanist, democratic, liberal,..etc. tendencies prepared the ideolojical background to the opposition against the single-pary administration. Some entellctuals had strunggled to continue the humanist approach, but it was a failure Together with multi-party political life, the discussion between the power and the opposition had reflected the history lecture notes. The most beautiful example of this situation given above is the book“Yeni Tarih Dersleri-lll”which was written by Zuhuri Danışman. In this study we try to understand the Turkish History Thesis and the history-writing of The Republic of Turkey. We have seen that, the Turkish History Thesis has multi-purpose political, cultural and ideolojical effects on the History of the Republic of Turkey.
