Özet
İletişim ve işdünyası ulusal sınır diye birşey tanımazken, globalleşme diye adlandırılan piyasanın genişleme süreci ve teknoloji yer kürenin her yanında yaşamları değiştirmiştir. Bu değişimin hızı 1990'larda daha da artmıştır. Sürekli ve yüksek ücretli iş güvencesi sarsılırken, yabancı ülkelerle rekabet ve bilgisayarlı robot teknolojisi, sanayide devrim yaratmıştır. Ulusal sınır tanımayan piyasa, nerede olursa olsun ücretlerin ve kaynakların en ucuzunu aramaktadır. Dünya'nın her yanını birbirine bağlayan uydu yoluyla iletişim ve internet küreselleşmenin dinamiklerini oluştururken, bilgisayar teknolojisi uzak mesafeleri ortadan kaldırarak, dünyayı giderek tek bir pazar haline getirmiştir. Kuşkusuz Türkiye'nin bu değişimden etkilenmemesi düşünülemez. 21.yy'a iddialı bir şekilde hazırlanan Türkiye'nin önündeki tek seçeneği; Yüksek Bilim-Teknoloji-Sanayi yeteneğini oluşturmaktır.

America which is the motherland of the capitalism got into trouble with the high petroleum prices and the economic calmness. In the SSCB, the Central Planning Organization was not able to cope with the increased defence budget. Everybody in the factories which were run by the State under the circumstances of the economy ruptured from the world was earning same money not depending upon his position, capacity and working resolution. Only one part of men was thinking and deciding instead of you and everyday the routine businesses were being carried out. But when the year of 1980 came, the world with the guarantee, which was permanent and high salaried, already started to be shaken. Competition againist the offshore countries and new technology with computers and robots initiated a revolution in the industry. Companies had no choice other than being modernized and ruined for the sake of dropping their cost prices. By the end of cold war, a new period was initiated. It was finally started to be believed in the formation of a more beautiful world and in reaching the continuity of the peace. But with it's unlikeable face, nationalism which had been suppressed for a long time was again arisen in some countries. The permanent prosperity hopes became short-lived as short as the spherical peace hopes. The countries reached their independences devoted themselves to the market as from the firs day. The coming of free market let the human beings hungry and bored a good deal of displays for the return of the old days. While the world was rotating in the wrong direction for some bodies; the remainders percevied this new change more quickly then the others. The market which did not pay any attention to the national border, was looking for the lowest ones of the pays and the sources. In the years as from 1990; the computers were progressing very fastly. Communication and internet which connect every part of the World via satellites constituted the dynamics of the sphericalization. There is no doubt that Turkey is not in a position not to be influenced by this transformation. At our inquiry, the economic influences of this aforesaid transformation have been investigated.
