" We wanted to find in our research, which place the image of the turks in austrian newspapers has. We researched newspapers from 1990 until 1997. A lot of Turks are living in Europe today. The most of them went to northern Europe in 1960 cause the economic structure in Turkey was very bad and turkish people wanted to earn money in Europe. We know, that the Turks have a negativ Image all around Europe. We can hear and sea that from the Media. We tried to find, why, how and from whom this negative image exist. We are living in a world, where racism exist and it takes more and more fans of it. We thought, that the media have the power to stop the racism. If this could be happen, we'll live in a world without negative images and with peace, if the media take a position with a humanistic tendence. We hope, that this will be happen in a short time.
