Özet
Öğretmenden geleneksel eğitim yöntemleriyle bilgi alan öğrenciler, akademik başarı elde etmede bir zayıflıkla karşı karşıya kalırlar. Öğretmenler ayrıca, zamanını ve çabasını boşa harcamak ve öğrencilerle iletişim kurmakta zorluk çekmek gibi çalışmalarını engelleyen birçok problemle karşı karşıyadır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, lise öğrencilerinin etkili öğrenmeye sahip olmaları için zihinsel, bilişsel ve inovasyon yeteneklerini artırmaktır. Öğrencilerin akademik başarısını izlemek için Google sınıf uygulamasını kullanan bir e-Öğrenim sistemi uygulamıştır. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubu; Filistin'in Gazze şehrinde eğitim gören, on altı farklı sınıfta toplam beş yüz altmış lise öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışma nicel araştırma tekniklerinden deneysel model ile desenlemiştir. Araştırma iki yüz doksan dokuzu deney, iki yüz altmış biri kontrol grubu olmak üzere toplam 560 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Bu çalışma, biyoloji dersinde yeteneği ölçmek için test tekniğini kullanmıştır. Sonuçlar, iki örnek grubun ön testte aynı düzeyde akademik başarıya sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Ancak deney grubu son testte kontrol grubuna göre daha başarılı olmuştur. Deney grubunda e-öğrenmede uzun vadeli kalıcılık açısından öğrencilerin başarı seviyesinin geleneksel eğitime göre daha iyi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Deney grubu test sonuçlarına göre hem kız hem de erkek öğrencilerin ortak bir öğrenme anlayışına, uygulamasına ve yüksek becerilerine sahip oldukları görülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda kız öğrencilerin akademik başarı düzeyinin erkek öğrencilere göre daha yüksek olduğu çekilmiştir ortaya konulmuştur. Dahası, kız öğrencilerin ezberleme yetenekleri daha fazladır.

Traditional learning methods do not encourage critical innovation skills, students face difficulty in achieving academic success. Moreover, teachers face many problems that hinder their work, such as wasting time, effort, and difficulty communicating with students. In the related literature, e-Learning methods increase student satisfaction with education and academic success. The main purpose of this study is to increase the mental, cognitive, and innovation capabilities of high school students to get effective learning. It implemented an e-Learning system using the Google class app to monitor students' academic success.This study adopted the experimental methodology, where the study sample amounted to 560 high school students in Gaza Strip Palestine distributed into 16 classes. The study sample is divided into two groups, the experimental group which includes 299 students, and the control group, which includes 261 students. This study used the test technique to measure aptitude (level of achievement) in the biology course. The results show that the two sample groups have the same level of academic achievement in the pre-test. However, the experimental group was more successful than the control group in the post-test. Comparing the results of the experimental group and the control group with the post-test and the stability test. There is evidence for the experimental group that the level of students' achievement was better than traditional education in terms of long-term stability in e-Learning. It has been observed that both male and female students share a common understanding and practice of test results compared to experimental group students. It has been shown that the level of academic achievement of female students is higher than male students in the remember. Moreover, female students have a greater ability to memorize.
