Özet
İslâm Peygamberi Hz. Muhammed'in (s.a.s.) ashâbına ve tüm insanlığa yaptığı,“Vedâ Hutbesi”olarak tarihe geçen konuşmasında, tüm insanlığa hak, hukuk, adalet, eşitlik, aile sorumluluğu, insan hakları, haksız kazanç olan faizin yasaklanması, emanetlere riayetin önemi; bireyi, aileleri ve toplumu derinden etkileyen kan davasının kaldırılması, mal mülkiyetinin dokunulmazlığı, şeytandan ve tuzaklarından sakındrılması gibi fert ve toplum açısından son derece önem arz eden mesajlar vermiştir. Hz. Peygamber'in Vedâ Hutbesi, Kur'an'ın içermiş olduğu insan hak, hukuk ve sorumluluklarının bir nevi özü mahiyetinde olup tüm insanlığı ilgilendiren mesajlar içermektedir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında Vedâ Hutbesi evrensel insan hakları konusunda verilmiş ve kayıt altına alınmış“İlk İnsan Hakları Beyannamesi”mesabesindedir. Vedâ Hutbesi'nde verilen mesajlar en genel tasnifiyle üç noktada yoğunlaşmaktadır: Bireyi, aileyi ve toplumu ilgilendiren hususlar; ekonomik ve toplumsal meseleler; geleceğe yönelik mesajlar. Bizim tespitlerimize göre Vedâ Hutbesi'yle ilgili Tefsir Ana Bilim Dalında henüz yapılmış bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır.“Vedâ Hutbesi'nin Kur'ânî Temelleri”çalışmamız bu alandaki boşluğu bir nebzede olsa doldurmaya katkı sunmayı hedeflemektedir. Çalışmamız bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında aştırmanın konusu, amacı ve önemi yer almaktadır. Çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde Hz. Peygamber'in hutbeleri, sünnet, sünnetin tanımı ve çeşitleri, Kur'an'a göre durumu ele alınmıştır. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde ise Vedâ Hutbesi'de verilen sosyal, aile ve iktisadi hayata dair; kavmiyetçiliğin yasaklanmasına ve sırat-ı müstakimden ayrılmamak için Kur'an ve sünnete sarılmaya ilişkin verilen mesajlar, bu mesajların Kur'ânî referansları ve müfessirlerin bu referanslara yönelik yorumları yer almaktadır. Vedâ Hutbesi'nde verilen mesajların tamamının Kur'an'da geçiyor olması Hz. Peygamber'in Kur'an'ın ilk müfessiri olduğunu dolayısıyla vefatından sonra ise onun sünnetinin Kur'an'ın tefsiri olduğunu göstermektedir.

In his speech historically known as the“Farewell Sermon”, Prophet Muhammad gave his Companions and all humanity key messages that are important for both the individual and society, such as rights, law, justice, equality, family responsibilities, human rights, the prohibition of interest due to its being undeserved profit, the importance of taking good care of trusts; the abolition of the blood feud, which profoundly affects not only the individual but also families and the society, the inviolability of property, and the avoidance of the devil and his traps. Representing the essence of human rights, laws and responsibilities revealed by the Qur'an, the Farewell Sermon conveys messages that concern all humanity. From this perspective, it can be considered as the“First Declaration of Human Rights”given and recorded regarding the universal human rights. Globally classified, the messages given in the Farewell Sermon focus on three points: issues concerning the individual, family and society; economic and social issues; messages for the future. According to our findings, there is no study yet in the Division of Tafsīr at the faculties of theology on the Farewell Sermon. Our study titled“the Qur'anic Foundations of the Farewell Sermon”aims to be a modest attempt to fill this gap in this area. The present study consists of an introduction followed by two sections. The introduction presents the subject, purpose and importance of the study. The first section discusses the sermons of the Prophet, his Sunnah, the definition and types of Sunnah and the place of Sunnah according to the Qurʾān. The second section elaborates on the messages about the social, familial and economic life, as delivered in the Farewell Sermon, and those about the prohibition of nationalism and sticking to the Qur'an and the Sunnah in order not to leave al-Sirat al-Mustaqim (the Straight Path), the Qur'anic references of these messages and the commentators' comments on these references. All the messages delivered in the Farewell Sermon are already given in the Qurʾān. This shows that the Prophet was the first interpreter of the Qurʾān. Therefore, after his death, his Sunnah functioned as the interpretation of the Qur'an.
