Present paper analyses the impact of uncertainty in case of business decision making and, in this paper, special focus has been given to the Brexit era. As Brexit has come as a shocker to the most of the EU people and the businesses, it has brought in much amount of uncertainty along with the same. Not only the macroeconomic of the EU region has come under great turmoil, micro economic factors too have been altered. Labour market as well as commodity market has received large change in demand leading it complication for the managers to enhance the firm performance. Under this backdrop, this paper aims to analyse the impact of the uncertainty in case of business decision making. Aim of the study: Addressing the uncertainty consequent on Brexit on the policy implication of the businesses and whether firms have learnt how to overcome and address the uncertainty of Brexit. Methodology of the study: Considering 7 interviews from managers of different business and collecting 100 samples from the employees of the same organisation this study has been made on primary data. Besides, previous literary evidences have been considered to bring in contrast of managerial practices in case of policy making and how it has evolved over the time has been contested. Finding of the study: As per the findings it can be seen that Brexit has well reached impact on the policy implications by the firm and it has led the managers into such a position where they fail to take necessary decision for the good of the firm and the employees. Harnessing both the employees and stakeholders is a major concern for the managers nowadays as uncertainty has led to failure of all the theoretical as well as practiced policies. Recommendations: Among various recommendation, present study has mainly argued in favour of self-reliance of the UK producers and precautionary measures based on forecasting. Besides it has also been recommended by the researcher that the UK firms need to focus on retaining more employees than hiring new one as it later will lead to more cost burden to the already overburdened business of UK.
