In recent days, Web Search Engines are one of the mostly used systems on the internet to reach intended data and query logs are an essential point of WSE. Query logs are becoming valuable resources for information retrieval thanks to the remarkable amount of data created by WSE users. Collecting query logs have several advantages like improving user experience, data monetization; create personalized search profiles for users. However, data monetization and other advantages come with the cost, they reveal problem about privacy protection because the specific user can be identified due to searched query which including disclosure of significant and sensitive data of users. The connection between the query and user identity should be interrupted to keep user anonymous. Besides, privacy protection of user, information loss should be minimized, in order to get benefit from the query. Utilization of queries would be ensured for third parties who are seeking to buy queries for their purpose. Most of the previous studies elaborate these issues but mainly following the removal processes, contrary to common approaches, we introduce the methodology of anonymization queries without removing. On removal process many useful data lost due to privacy methods, proposed work also ensures that retain more data. Therefore, in this work, we have studied the previous works owing to their assistance we design our own proposed work which fulfils the requirements on the fair level; capable of keeping user identity private, do not lose much information and keep in mind the utility factor
