vü ÖZET Bozkan, Osman.“İlköğretim Okullarında Görev Yapan Sınıf Öğretmenleri ile Branş Öğretmenleri Arasındaki Çatışma Nedenleri”Yüksek Lisans Tezi, (Danışman: Doç.Dr. İnayet PEHLİVAN) 134 s.+viii. Bu araştırmanın genel amacı, ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri ile branş öğretmenleri arasındaki çatışma nedenlerini ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Araştırma tarama modeli kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Uygulanan anket sonucu toplanan veriler, SPSS Programı kullanılarak bilgisayarda çözümlenmiştir. Görevlerine, cinsiyetlerine ve mesleki deneyimlerine göre öğretmenler için; frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma hesaplanmıştır. Öğretmen gruplarının ortalamaları arasındaki farkların manidarlığım saptamak için; görevlerine ve cinsiyetlerine göre oluşturulmuş grupların görüşleri ile ilgili t-testi, mesleki deneyimlerine göre oluşturulmuş grupların görüşleri ile ilgili olarak varyans analizi yapılmıştır. İletişimden kaynaklanan çatışma nedenleri konusunda, öğretmenlerin ortalamaları arasında; görevlerine, cinsiyetlerine ve mesleki deneyimlerine göre anlamlı farklar çıkmıştır. İlköğretim okullarının örgütsel yapısından kaynaklanan çatışma nedenleri konusunda, öğretmenlerin ortalamaları arasında; görevlerine ve cinsiyetlerine göre anlamlı farklar ortaya çıkarken, mesleki deneyimlerine göre anlamlı bir fark ortaya çıkmamıştır. Bireysel etkenlerden kaynaklanan çatışma nedenleri konusunda, öğretmenlerin ortalamaları arasında; görevlerine ve cinsiyetlerine göre anlamlı farklar ortaya çıkarken, mesleki deneyimlerine göre anlamlı bir fark ortaya çıkmamıştır.

viii ABSTRACT BOZKAN, Osman“Reasons of Conflict Between the Class Teachers and the Branch Teachers Performing Duties at Primary Schools”Master Thesis, (Supervisor: Doç. Dr. İnayet PEHLİVAN) 134s.+viii. The general objective of this research is to find out the reasons that result in conflicts between the class teachers and branch teachers that are performing their duties at the primary schools. The study was carried out by employing a survey. The data collected following implementation of the survey were analyzed in the computer by using the SPSS program. For the teachers, frequencies, percentages, arithmetic meaus and standard deviation were computed according to their duties, gender and professional experiences. To determine the signihcance at the meaus of the differences between the teacher groups, t-test was used in relation to views of the teacher groups according to their duties and gender and analysis of variance was performed in relation to views of the groups formed by using the professional (vocational) experiences. On the subject of reasons of conflict (clash) originating from communication, significant differences were found among the meaus of the teachers according to their duties, gender and professional experiences. On the subject of reasons of conflict originating from the structure of the primary schools there was significant differences among the meaus of the teachers according to their duties and gender but not according to their professional experiences. On the subject of reasons of conflict originating from individual factors there was significant difference among the meaus of the teachers according to their duties and gender but according to their professional experiences.
