SUMMARY In Arabic literature, language workingare based on learning Arabic which is the language of Kur'an. To correct errors made by people who are not English, a science branch rose, called“Nahv”. To learn and to teach Arabic language, according to orginal Arabic, lots of works were written in this area. Turkish wises not only serve to İslam but also to Arabic language. İt cannot be forgotten. One of this wises is Hacibaba who lived in Fatih's period. İn this work, et- Tosyevi's period life, works- especially Hulasatu'1-irab-were studied. This work is explanation of el-Mutarrizi's el-Misbah which is related to 'Nahv'. This work consists of three main sections. In the first section, knowledge related to el-Misbah, which is original text of Hulasatu'1-irab, el-Mutarrizi who is author and el- Misbah's explanations is given. In the second section, Tosyevi's period, life and works were examined. In third section, Hulasatu'1-irab was studied. In this study, order in Zemahseri's el-Mufassal was taken. And because this work is not printed from copies in libraries in Konya were profited and especially copy in regional writtens Library 2103/1 was taken as base. Also, in this work, refernings were put by footnotes to Sibeveyh's el-Kitab, Zemahseri's el-Mufassal, İbn-i Hisam's Suzunu'z-zeheb and Abbas Hasan's en-Nahvu'l- vafi. V0 3-
