Özet
Sürekli değişen ve gelişen teknoloji ile işletmelerin karşılaştığı üretim ile ilgili soru ve sorunların çözümleri de değişmekte ve dijitalleşen dünyada işletmelerin de üretim için bulduğu çözümler sürecin en önemli parçaları haline gelmektedir. Bir işletmenin miktar olarak gerçekleştireceği; satış, lojistik anlamında; operasyon ve verimliliği arttırmak adına, planlama ile gerçekleştireceği tüm faaliyetler, maliyet karlılığı açısından işletme yönetiminin alacağı bütün kararlarda etkinliğini arttırmaktadır. Bunun için endüstriyel gelişmelerde yaşanan geçiş süreçleri içinde insan faktörünü göz ardı etmeden fakat insan faktörünün meydana getirebileceği hata ve verimsizlikleri en aza indirmek için sistem tasarımları yapılmaktadır. Bu sistemlerin tasarlanmasının ve hayata geçirilmesinin işletmeye oluşturacağı maliyetin optimize edilmesi için de teknolojideki gelişmeler takip edilmekte ve üretimin bir parçası haline getirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada gıda sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmenin üretim faaliyetlerini uygularken satış, operasyon ve planlama alanında yaptığı dijital dönüşüm ile edinilen kazançların incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Kazançların incelemesi için yapılan; işletme insan kaynakları ve teknolojik imkanları çerçevesindeki, sistem tasarımı değerlendirildiğinde; i- İşletmenin ihracat ve yurtiçi satış/üretim planlamasında koordinasyonun arttığı, ii- Stok planlamasının daha verimli yapıldığı, iii- Sistemdeki ana verilerin doğruluğunun sağlandığı, iv- Ambalaj ve hammadde stok seviyesinin 120 günden 30 güne düştüğü gözlemlenmiştir. Bu kazanımların yanında; iste dışı etme sürecinin sistem ile yürütülmesi ile âtıl malzeme veriminin arttırıldığı, hammadde ambalaj toplu alım uygulaması ile maliyet avantajının yakalandığı anlaşılmıştır. Bu yüzden üretimde işletme yönetiminin alacağı kararlarda dijital dönüşümün avantajlarının ve kazanımların olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

With the constantly changing and developing technology, the solutions to the production questions and problems faced by the enterprises are also changing, and the solutions that the enterprises find for production in the digitalized world become the most important parts of the process. What an enterprise will realize in terms of quantity; in terms of sales and logistics; in order to increase operation and efficiency; All activities to be carried out with planning increase the efficiency of all decisions to be taken by the business management in terms of cost profitability. For this, system designs are made in order to minimize the errors and inefficiencies that can be caused by the human factor, without ignoring the human factor in the transition processes experienced in industrial developments. In order to optimize the cost of the design and implementation of these systems, the developments in technology are followed and made a part of the production. In this study, it is aimed to examine the gains gained by digital transformation in the field of sales, operation and planning while implementing the production activities of a business operating in the food sector. Made for review of earnings, When the system design is evaluated within the framework of the human resources and technological possibilities of the enterprise; i- Coordination in export and domestic sales/production planning of the enterprise has increased, ii- Stock planning is done more efficiently, iii- The accuracy of the master data in the system is ensured, iv- Packaging and raw material stock level decreased from 120 days to 30 days has been observed. Besides these gains; It has been understood that the waste material efficiency is increased by the execution of the dismissal process with the system, and the cost advantage is achieved with the raw material packaging bulk purchase application. Therefore, it has been concluded that there are advantages and benefits of digital transformation in the decisions to be taken by the business management in production.
