Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı; modernizmin doğuşu olarak nitelendirebileceğimiz endüstri devriminden günümüze kadar ki bir süreçte, başta resim olmak üzere, plastik sanatlarda endüstri ürünlerinin ve atıklarının malzeme olarak kullanımını araştırmak ve buna yönelik yapıtlardaki kavramsal iletiyi ortaya koymaktır.Çalışma beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, problemin tanımı yapılmakta ve tezin amacı vurgulanmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, kısaca moderaizm ve endüstriyel devrimden bahsedilmekte ve bu devrimin etkilerine değinilmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde, endüstri sonrası gelişen oluşumlar ve bunların toplumsal hayata etkileri araştırılmaktadır. Dördüncü bölümde, endüstri ürünleri ve atıklarına sanatsal bir yaklaşım getirilmekte, sanayi devrimiyle birlikte gelişen sanat akımlarına ve öncü sanatçılara yer verilmekte ve kavramsal çerçevede yapıtların iletim sorunsalına değinilmektedir. Çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde, endüstri ürünleri ve atıklarının sanat objesi olarak kullanımının getirmiş olduğu yenilikler ve açmazlar tartışılmaktadır.

SUMMARY 19th century is the great transformation in European art, supply of modern art movements. The great part of the crisis coming from the transformations from the feudal society order to capitalist society order occurred in this century. The great development in material conditions, events, expands human opinions circumference, scientific, inventions, philosophical doctrine and definitions were reflected to this century's art movements in several forms and caused the breakdown of traditional chains in plastic arts as in the other areas. In this new art form explained by transformation of physical existence in intellectual surface to a kind of concept or interest systems, there are basic facts to be an appearance of 20th century European man as a thought existence instead of a sense existence against the nature. In the art flows developed up to now beginning from the cubism, the use of industrial products and outputs are effective at the change of traditional concepts. The aim of the thesis is the search the use of industrial products and output materials in the plastic arts, especially in picture during the period from industrial revolution up to now and expose the conceptual convey in this creations. VIThe thesis consists of five chapters: In the first introductory chapter, the definition of the problem and the purpose of the thesis are defined. In the second chapter, it's mentioned about modernism and industrial revolution and their effects. In the third chapter, formations developed post industry and their effects on the social life are searched. In the fourth chapter, artistic approach are brought to industrial products and outputs, art flows developed by industrial revolution and avant-gardist artists are explained and transmission problematic of creating in the conceptual circumference are defined. In the final chapter, reforms and problems coming from the use of the industrial products and outputs as an artistic object are argued. VII
