This study focuses on the relation between Turkey and China which is in the second place of import and was the first between last three years. Although there are number of studies about country analyses, it is not encountered a study on how Turkey has developed close business relations with China by the resolution of developing process on both political and economic aspects. And why and how can foreign companies enter the Chinese market. For this purpose, the study is discussed under three main parts. In the first part Turkey's and China's economic development of the study period by taking as is a section designed to understand how an actor they are in international trade. The second part of the study was evaluated on the example of China. Here in Turkey between the years 2008-2019 have focused on political and economic relations with China. And after, I will perform about changing structure and location of the Chinese economy in the world, China's foreign trade profile, China's financial growth efficiency and significance and with that information how Turkey's strategy should focus will be discussed. That he had spent China's economic development and course of reforms of the economy point that the present came the global economic system and in Turkey as a rising regional power are analyzed in the report structure return of economic relations with China. After analyze that information I will introduce Chinese market with market structure, channels for entering Chinese market and business structures for going into marketplace. At the end of my study the difficulties and potentials for entering Chinese market and also forerunner foreign company in the market will be evaluated. In this study, the fundamentals of the economic development of China have been handled with a broad perspective and detailed information has been tried to be given about the geographical, demographic and political structures of China for the Turkish companies to enter the market. Information was provided about the large and developing cities that form the backbone of the Chinese economy, and why and how it should enter into the Chinese market.
