Özet
. Bu çalışmada Doğu ve Orta Karadeniz Bölgesindeki Chironomidae faunasının belirlermesi amacıyla 2016-2017 yılları arasında lotik sistemlerden 29, lentik sistemlerden 13 olmak üzere toplamda 42 istasyondan örnekleme yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda lotik sistemlerden 1077 Chironomidae bireyi (toplam zeobentik üye: 6548), lentik sistemlerden 1264 Chironomidae bireyi (toplam zoobentik üye: 7209) incelenmiştir. Chironomidae familyasından 4 altfamilyaya 56 cins ve 74 tür tespit edilmiştir. Doğu ve Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinde lotik sistemlerindeki dominant Chironomidae taksonu% 21,04 ile baskınlıkla Orthocladius sp. olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bunu sırayla; % 15,12 oranı ile Polypedilum convictum, % 7,57 dominansi oranı ile Conchapelopia sp takip etmektedir. Sıklık (%) oranı en yüksek tür ise % 58,62 ile Orthocladius sp. tir. En yüksek Shannon-Wiener indeks değeri 2,34 ile Fol Deresi olarak tespit edilmiştir. Chironomidae türlerinin Ward metotu ile benzerlik kümeleme analizine göre Doğu ve Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinde lotik sistemlerinde araştırılan 29 istasyonun 3 ana farklı grup altında toplandığı belirlenmiştir. Doğu ve Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinde lentik sistemlerinde dominant Chironomidae taksonu % 28,24 ile baskınlıkla Prodiamesa olivacea olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bunu sırayla % 11,39 oranı ile Cricotopus (İsocladius) tricinctus, % 7,67 dominansi orani ile Dicrotendipes nervosus takip etmektedir. Sıklık (%F) oranı en yüksek tür ise % 53.85 ile Cricotopus tricinctus ve Tanytarsus gregarius'dur. En yüksek Shannon-Wiener indeks değeri 2,26 ile Balıklı Göl olarak tespit edilmiştir. Chironomidae türlerinin Ward metotu ile benzerlik kümeleme analizine göre Doğu ve Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinde lentik sistemlerde araştırılan 13 istasyonun 2 ana farklı grup altında toplandığı belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinden 2 ilde (Ordu ve Samsun), Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesinden 4 ilde (Artvin, Rize, Trabzon ve Giresun) tespit edilen 35 Chironomidae türü bu iller için yeni kayıt niteliğindedir.

In the study, in order to determine the Chironomidae fauna in the Central and Eastern Black Sea region, sampling was made from a total of 42 stations, 29 from the lotic systems and 13 from the lentic systems, between 2016-2017. As a result of the research, 1077 Chironomidae individuals from the lotic systems (total zoobenthic members: 6548) and 1264 Chironomidae individuals from the lentic systems (total zoobenthic members: 7209) were examined. A total of 4 subfamilies, 56 genera and 74 species belonging to Chironomidae family were identified. In the lotic systems in the Central and Eastern Black Sea region, the dominant taxon among the Chironomidae species is Orthocladius sp. was detected. This in order; Polypedilum convictum with 15.12% dominance rate, Conchapelopia sp. is following. The species with the highest frequency (%) is Orthocladius sp. with a rate of 58.62%. The highest Shannon-Wiener index value of 2.34 was determined as Fol Stream. According to the similarity clustering analysis with the Ward method, it was determined that the 29 stations of Chironomidae species investigated in the lotic systems in the Central and Eastern Black Sea Region were gathered under three main groups. Prodiamesa olivacea was the most dominant taxon with a rate of 28.24% among Chironomidae species in the lentic systems in the Central and Eastern Black Sea region. This is followed by Cricotopus (Isocladius) tricinctus with a rate of 11.39% and Dicrotendipes nervosus with a dominance rate of 7.67%. The species with the highest frequency (%F) are Cricotopus tricinctus and Tanytarsus gregarius with 53.85%. The station with the highest Shannon-Wiener index value of 2.26 was determined as Balıklı Lake. According to the similarity clustering analysis with the Ward method, it was determined that the 13 stations investigated in the lentic systems of the Central and Eastern Black Sea Region of Chironomidae species were gathered under two groups. In the study; It was determined that 35 Chironomidae species detected in two provinces of the Central Black Sea region (Ordu and Samsun) and four provinces of the Eastern Black Sea region (Artvin, Rize, Trabzon and Giresun) are new records for these provinces.
