This research sheds light on the values of institutional work in the Hadith. We are referring to the standards of positive behaviors for structured and meaningful collective action, according to the guidance and practices of Sunnah. The researcher used the inductive methodology, by collecting the Hadiths which relevant to each value of institution action values. Moreover the deductive methodology has been used to choose Hadith which is related to institutional work, and to categorize Hadith in accordance with their content This study aimed at demonstrating value for institutional work and their practices in Sunnah. The researcher started with identifying the action, the institution, the value. And indicated the definition of institutional work and institution classification. Also, indicated the institutional work values and it's impact and benefited from management science. Furthermore reviewed the vital terms, criticized them, considered the proper one as well, or put out a proper definitions for each The study found many results, the most important of which is: the Sunnah has devoted attention for values in general, and in particular the institutional work values, and applied them on the ground
