Özet
Kur'ân-ı Kerîm, Rabbimiz tarafından tüm insanlığa gönderilmiş olan, okuyup üzerinde iyice düşünmemiz ve hayatımızda uygulamamız gereken yüce bir kitaptır. Tarih boyunca müslümanlar onu daha iyi anlamak için tefsir çalışmaları yapmışlardır. Konulu tefsir metodu da bunlardan biridir. Çalışmamız bu metodun sûre çerçeveli tefsir yöntemi ile yapılmış ve çalışmamızda klasik, modern tefsir kitaplarından, hadis kaynaklarından, makalelerden, sözlüklerden ve ansiklopedilerden yararlanılmıştır. Bakış açısını zenginleştirmek amacıyla başka sûrelerden konu ile ilgili âyetlere ve hadislere de yer verilmiştir. Şuarâ sûresinde, tevhid inancı vurgulanmakta, ahiret inancı ve ahlak konularına yer verilmekte, vahyin öneminden, indirilen Kur'ân hakikatinden bahsedilmektedir. Ayrıca toplumları helâk eden ve yozlaşmasına neden olan olumsuz davranışlara dikkat çekilmekte, müşriklerin Hz. Peygamber'e ve Kur'ân'a karşı aldıkları olumsuz tavırdan dolayı daha önceki kavimlerden örnekler verilerek bu menfi davranışları sürdürmeleri hâlinde aynı sonuçla karşılaşacakları tehdidî bir uslûpla ifade edilmektedir Çalışmamız bir giriş ve iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde konulu tefsir metodu kısaca tanıtılmakta, birinci bölümde sûre ile ilgili temel bilgilere yer verilmekte, ikinci bölümde ise sûre ana ve alt başlıklara ayrılarak incelenmektedir. Şuarâ sûresi başlangıçta Kur'ân-ı Kerîm âyetlerinin gâyet açık ve anlaşılır olduğunu vurgulamakta ve Hz. Peygamber'in iman etmemekte ısrar eden müşrikler için daha fazla üzülmemesi gerektiği hususuna değinmektedir. Tevhid inancını yerleştirmek için insanın çevresindeki habitatı delil göstermekte ve kâinattaki âlâmetlerle birlikte, kendi nefsine dikkat çekerek tek bir yaratıcıya iman etmesini amaçlamaktadır. Sûrede müşriklerin istihzaî bir tavırla azap istemelerine karşılık, örnek olarak verilen yedi peygamber kıssası ile iman etmeyen kavimlerin hazin sonu aktarılarak uyarılarda bulunulmaktadır. Kur'an-ı Kerim'in insan( şair) ürünü olmadığı çeşitli delillerle ispat edilerek ilahi menşeini dikkat çekilmiştir.

The Qur'an is a sublime book that was sent to all humanity by our God, that we should read, think about and apply in our lives. Throughout the history Muslims comment on the Quran to comprehend it well. Themed commentary is one of them. Our study was carried out with the surah framed commentary method of this method and in our study, classical and modern commentary books, hadith sources, articles, dictionaries and encyclopedias were used. In order to enrich the perspective, verses and hadiths related to the other surahs are also included. In the sura, the belief of oneness is emphasized, the belief in the hereafter and morality, the importance of revelation and the truth of the revealed Qur'an are mentioned. In addition, attention is drawn to negative behaviors that destroy societies and cause them to degenerate, because of the negative attitude of the polytheists towards the Prophet and the Qur'an, some examples from previous tribes are given, if they continue this negative behaviour they will face the same result. "Our study consists of an introduction and two main parts. In the introduction, the method of exegesis is briefly introduced, and in the first part, basic information about the surah is given, in the second part, the surah is analyzed by dividing it into main and sub-headings. In the beginning, the chapter of Shura emphasizes that the verses of the Qur'an are quite clear and understandable and mentions that the Prophet should not feel sorry for the polytheists who insist on not believing. In order to establish the belief of Tawhid, the habitat around man shows evidence and along with the signs in the universe, it aims to draw attention to itself and to believe in a single creator. In the Surah, there are warnings are given by citing the story of the seven prophets given as an example, and the sad end of the unbelieving tribes, in response to the cynical demand of punishment by the polytheists. The Koran that is not belong to any human or rhymist's work of art by being proved and the origin of divine is pointed out along with a variety of reasons.
