The main Aim of the study is to investigate the association of Capital Structure with Profitability of Automobile Companies. In order to accomplish the research, the researcher formulated with core objectives of this research are to analyse the impact of capital structure on profitability automobile companies, to evaluate the relationship between capital structure and profitability and to find long term gain of the management of the working capital and maintenance of profitability. This research has been carried out based on theories, literature as well as statistical analysis. This research has included different chapters and the major chapters discussed which are literature review, methodology, analysis, discussion as well as conclusion. The basis of the study rose from the issues of previous researches that state the less influential effects of capital structure for an organisational value. The study found that it is important to make appropriate proposition of debt and equity in order to achieve desired financial performance, Interest of equity shareholders should be considered while designing capital structure and effective capital structure is needed to enhance company's value in the market. Research methodology has planned based on the title. The positivism philosophy has been opted as the reason behind is that researcher can remain detach from the study and effective to maintain neutral for recognising the difference exists between logical truth. Were numerical data is used to analyse the research that applies with the positivist philosophy. Followed by the quantitative research method has been used and it is appropriate which allowed the researcher to find the association of profit and capital structure with no bias. The validity of data and high reliability ensures for using secondary source of information rather obtained through primary data collection techniques. The research design used in this study is the explanatory method is more suitable. This is because influence of one variable such as capital structure of automobile industry has effect on another variable like profitability of the organisation. The tabulated and calculated data using the mathematical calculation and statistical application is then represented in a graphical mode and thus interpreted the research outcome. The ethics in this research also ensures with the communication of the obtained results in a transparent way and provides the replicable of the research in future The whole study is dedicated to my father and mother. I could not be able to complete this challenging task without their moral support which I feel in every part of my life.
