Özet

Bu tezde,“Hümanizmden Posthümanizme Sıradan İnsanın Reddi”üzerine çalışılmıştır. Hümanizmin ortaya çıktığı Orta Çağ'ın sonu Rönesans'ın başı itibariyle başlayan tarihsel süreç insanın sonunun tartışıldığı posthümanist sürecin yaşandığı günümüze kadar, sıradan insanın reddi aşamasına nasıl gelindiği felsefi bakış açısıyla incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Tez, giriş, üç ana bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Girişte konunun önemi, kavramsal çerçevesi, kapsamı ve sınırları ile konunun sunuluşu hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Tezin birinci bölümünde hümanizmin tarihsel oluşum süreçleri ele alınmıştır. Bu süreçte insanın Tanrı, doğa ve kendisiyle olan ilişkisi ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş, dönemin hümanist ve anti-hümanist filozofları olan Erasmus ve Luther'in tarihsel dönüşümdeki etkisi ortaya konmuştur. Tezin ikinci bölümünde teknolojinin ve bilimin gelişimi ile transhümanist sürecin ortaya çıkması ve bu sürecin insan üzerindeki etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde transhümanist sürecin insana verdiği zararlara dur deme imkânı sunan posthümanizm kuramı incelenmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise tezin sahip olduğu üç bölüm genel olarak değerlendirilmiş olup hümanizm, transhümanizm ve posthümanizm süreçlerinde insanın yaşadığı değişim ve dönüşüm özetlenmiştir. Çalışmada sürece dayalı bir dönüşüm öyküsü anlatılmaya çalışılmış olup her kuramın temel temsilcilerinin düşünceleri bütünsellikten ve konunun özü olan insanın dönüşümü odağından uzaklaşmadan incelenmiştir. Ele alınan süreçlerde düşünceleri ile etkin rol almış olan filozofların kendi kaynaklarından yola çıkılmış yardımcı ve ikincil kaynaklardan da yararlanılmıştır. Sonuç itibariyle insanın kendi eliyle kendi hayatını değiştirdiği, dönüştürdüğü hatta tasarımladığı dünyada, yaptığı tüm müdahalelerin kendine döndüğü görülmektedir. İnsanın kendisiyle, doğayla ve Tanrı ile olan ilişkisindeki dengenin bozulmasının insanı kendi doğasından da uzaklaştırdığı anlaşılmaktadır.

In this thesis,“Rejection of the Ordinary Man from Humanism to Posthumanism”is studied. The historical process that began at the beginning of the Renaissance at the end of the Middle Ages, when humanism emerged, has been tried to be examined from a philosophical point of view of how ordinary people reached the rejection stage until the present day, when the end of man is discussed. The thesis consists of introduction, three main chapters and the conclusion. In the introduction, information about the importance of the subject, its conceptual framework, scope and limits and the presentation of the subject are given. In the first chapter of the thesis, the historical formation processes of humanism are discussed. In this process, the relationship of man with God, nature and himself is examined in detail and the influence of Erasmus and Luther, the humanist and anti-humanist philosophers of the period, in the historical transformation is revealed. In the second chapter of the thesis, the development of technology and science and the emergence of the transhumanist process and its effects on human beings are evaluated. In the third chapter of the thesis, the theory of posthumanism, which offers the right to stop the harms caused to man by the transhumanist process, is examined. In the conclusion chapter, the three chapters of the thesis are evaluated in general and the change and transformation experienced by man in the processes of humanism, transhumanism and posthumanism are summarized. In the study, a story of transformation based on the process are tried to be told and the thoughts of the basic representatives of each theory are examined without straying from the holistic and the focus of the transformation of the human that is the essence of the subject. In the processes discussed, auxiliary and secondary sources were also used, starting from the own resources of the philosophers who took an active role with their thoughts. As a result, it is seen that in the world where man changes, transforms or even designs his own life with his own hands, all the interventions he makes turn on himself. It is understood that the destabilization of man's relationship with himself, nature and God also takes man away from his own nature.
