Özet
SUMMARY In the first part of the study, first levodopa was tried to be directly labeled with Technesium. Different ITLC bath solutions were used for it. Rf values of labeled compound in these solutions were evaluated. Pyridine: Glacial acetic acid: water (10:0.8:qsp 250 ml) bath was found to be the ideal bath solution. Labeling efficiency in this solution, was found to be %78+ 6.08 between pH=l-2 values at room temperature. In the next step, in order to increase this efficiency different pH values (4, 6 ve 7.4) were tried. By determining the labeling efficiency as % 66 + 1 at pH= 7.4, it is thought that labeled compound could be resistant in the body and that in vivo study step was taken. Levodopa-Technesium complex was, prepared at room temparature at pH= 1-2 and applied to the auricular venes of 3 male healty rabbits, 2-3 in weight. After that, rabbits were observed under a gamma camera for 1 hour. Thus, biodistrubition of the labeled compound in the rabbit's body was made possible to be examined. According to the images from this study, levodopa- Technesium complex reached maximum in kidneys, lever and brain in the first 5-10 minutes. In addition this, it reached to muscle and urinary bladder too. So, we can say that biodistrubition in the body of rabbit is good. 36
