Özet
Bu araştırma pandemi döneminde sağlık sektörü ve eğitim sektörü çalışanlarının tükenmişlik durumunu karşılaştırmak ve çalışılan sektör ile tükenmişlik sendromu arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla 284 çalışanın katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcıların sosyo-demografik bilgilerini öğrenmek amacıyla Kişisel Bilgiler Formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada tükenmişlik sendromunu ölçmek adına Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeğinden yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi için SPSS paket programı kullanılmış ve hipotezlerin test edilmesinde independent simple, T test, ve korelasyon testleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda çalışılan sektör ve tükenmişlik sendromu arasında bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuş ve pandemide hem sağlık sektörü hem de eğitim sektörü çalışanlarının tükenmiş olduğu fakat sağlık çalışanlarının daha fazla tükendiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

This research was carried out with the participation of 284 employees in order to compare the burnout status of health sector and education sector employees during the Covid-19 period and to examine and evaluate the connection between the working sector and burnout syndrome. Personal Information Survey was utilized to learn the socio-demographic features of the participants. In this study, The Maslach Burnout Scale was used to measure the burnout syndrome. SPSS package program was used for data analysis; and independent simple, T test, and correlation tests were used in order to test the hypotheses. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that there is a connection between the working sector/industry and the burnout syndrome, and it was concluded that both the health sector and the education sector employees have been exhausted due to the pandemic, but nevertheless the health sector employees got affected by pandemic more than the others in the sense of exhaustion.
