Özet

Mutluluk; bireyin yaşamıyla ilgili olumlu düşüncelerinden ve olumlu duygularından daha üstün olan bir durumdur. Evli çiftlerin mutluluk düzeyleri ile romantik eş seçimi ve hayattan memnun olma düzeyleri arasında olumlu bir ilişki olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmada evlilerde eş seçimi ve hayattan memnun olma düzeyleri ile mutluluk seviyeleri arasındaki ilişki ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada bu doğrultuda veri toplama tekniklerinden anket yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Anketler toplam 534 evli çift üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonucunda elde edilen veriler SPSS 26 paket programı ile çözümlenmiştir. Yapılan çözümleme sonucunda, yaşam memnuniyeti ile yakın ilişkide yaşantılar arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu; ilişki memnuniyeti ile yakın ilişkide yaşantılar arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu ve ilişki memnuniyeti ile yaşam memnuniyeti arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmada cinsiyet ile yaşam memnuniyeti, yakın ilişkide yaşantılar ve ilişki memnuniyeti arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Yaş, çalışma durumu, gelir düzeyi ve eğitim düzeyi ile yaşam memnuniyeti arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Son olarak, eğitim düzeyi, lmiştir. Eğitim düzeyi, psikolojik destek alma ve gelir düzeyi ile yakın ilişkide yaşantılar toplam puanı arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Happiness; It is a situation that is superior to the positive thoughts and positive emotions of the individual about his life. It is known that there is a positive relationship between the happiness levels of married couples, their choice of romantic partner and their level of satisfaction with life. In this context, in this study, the relationship between the choice of spouse and the level of satisfaction with life and the level of happiness in married people is discussed. In this direction, the survey method, one of the data collection techniques, was used in the study. The questionnaires were conducted on a total of 534 married couples. The data obtained as a result of the application were analyzed with the SPSS 26 package program. As a result of the analysis, there is a significant negative relationship between life satisfaction and close relationship experiences; It was concluded that there is a significant negative relationship between relationship satisfaction and close relationship experiences, and that there is a positive significant relationship between relationship satisfaction and life satisfaction. In the study, it was found that there is no significant difference between gender and life satisfaction, close relationship experiences and relationship satisfaction. It was concluded that there is a significant difference between age, employment status, income level and education level and life satisfaction. Finally, the education level has been. A significant difference was found between education level, receiving psychological support, and income level and the total score of closely related experiences.
