Özet

Geçmişten günümüze evrilerek gelen para kavramı ticari ve teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte değişime uğramaktadır. Paranın dijitalleşmeye yöneldiği şu dönemde ise karşımıza kripto paralar çıkmaktadır. Tanınırlığının artması ile iyice yaygınlaşan kripto paraların bu yüzden incelenmesi önemlidir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında çalışmada; para kavramının teorik çerçevesini incelemek, kripto paralara yönelik literatürdeki araştırmalar çerçevesinde kripto para ekosistemini teorik olarak ele almak, dünyadaki bazı ülkeler ve uluslararası kurumlar ile Türkiye'nin yaklaşımlarına bakılarak finansal durumunun ortaya koyulması amaçlanmıştır.

The concept of money, which has evolved from the past to the present, is undergoing changes with commercial and technological developments. In this period when money turns to digitalization, we come across cryptocurrencies. This is why it is important to examine cryptocurrencies, which have become more widespread with the increase in popularity. From this point of view, in the study; It is aimed to examine the theoretical framework of the concept of money, to discuss the crypto money ecosystem theoretically within the framework of the researches in the literature on cryptocurrencies, to reveal the financial situation by looking at the approaches of some countries and international institutions in the world and Turkey.
