Özet
ÖZET Sporcu Başarısında Spor Yönetimi ve örgütlenmenin Önemi adlı tez çalışmamız esas olarak iki bölümden meydana gelmiştir. İlk bölümde spor ve spor yönetimi ile ilgili belli başlı tanımlar verilmiş, sporun tarihçesi ve toplum hayatındaki önemine değinilmiştir. Daha sonra da Spor Yönetimi konusunda teorik açıklamalar ile birlikte Türkiye'de spor yönetimi anlatılmış ve Türk Spor Yönetiminin hukuki gelişimi ve yapısı değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise Sporda örgütlenme ve Organizasyon konulan ele alınmıştır, özellikle Türk Spor örgütünün yapısı ve bu yapının sporcu başarısı açısından değerlendirilmesi bu bölümde ele alınmıştır. Sporcu başarısında spor örgütünün sahip olduğu sorunlar belirtilmiş ve çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur. Spor örgütüyle ilişkili olarak spor organizasyonları da ayrıca ele alınmış ve sporcu başarısıyla ilişkilendirilmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölümde sporcu başarısında yönetim ve örgütlenmenin önemini gösterebilmek için bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır.

112 YABANCI DİLDE ÖZET The thesis that titled“the impacts of the organization and the management on the success of sportsman”consists of two chapters. Definitions of the basic concepts of the sport and sport management and the history of the sport and the importance of the sport in the daily life were discussed and wrote in the first chapter. Theoretical explanations of the sport management and the sport menegament in Turkey are the other subjects which were discussed in this chapter. The assesment and the legal development of the Turkish sport management is the last subject which was included in the first chapter. The main subjects of the second chapter are the theoretical approach to the organization of sport and the structural body of the sportive institutions. The relationship between the sport organization and the level of the success of the sportman was assessed in this cahapter. Also the main obstacles and the problems in creating a successful organization in the sport sector were determined. Some recommendation to find solutuion to this problems were also made in this capter. A general enquiry was made among sportmen and sport managers and the results of this enquiry were discussed in the second chapter as well. '
