Özet
Çalışmamızın konusunu ''Bonoda Senet Metninden Anlaşılan Def'iler'' oluşturmaktadır. Tez çalışmamız, üç bölüm şeklinde olacaktır. Ana konumuz olan Bonoda Senet Metninden Anlaşılan Def'ileri ayrıntıları ile anlatabilmek için bono ve def'i kavramından bahsedilmiştir. Bono, Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun üçüncü kitabının, dördüncü bölümünün ikinci kısmında md. 776 ile 779 arasında düzenlenmiştir. Türk Ticaret Kanunu'ndaki bono ile ilgili mevcut düzenlemeler ayrıntıları ile işlenecektir. Bononun, kambiyo senedi türü olması sebebiyle öncelikle kıymetli evrakın içerisinde kambiyo senetlerinin tanımı yapılacak, unsurları, devir şekilleri, genel esasları ve ilkeleri incelenecektir. Bonoda, ''senet metninden anlaşılan def'iler'' konusunun daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için; def'i kavramı, kıymetli evrak konusu içerisinde ''Kıymetli Evrakta Def'i'' başlığı ile geniş bir açıdan ele alınacaktır. Senet metninden anlaşılan def'ilerin ileri sürülebilmesi için, senet metninden ne anlaşılması gerektiği ve senet metninde bulunması gereken kayıtlar önem taşımaktadır. Bu sebeple üçüncü bölümde bonoda senet metni üzerinde bulunan kayıtlar anlatılacak ve bu kayıtların noksanlığı sebebi ile ileri sürülecek olan def'iler işlenecektir.

The case study mentions the plea including bond for deed text. The dissertation has three different sections and the most significant subject is the details of plea including bond for deed text so that's why plea and bond topics are both described with all details in the article based on the following reference; 3rd version of Turkish Commercial Law, 4th section, 2nd part, as per article 776 to 779. The present arrangements for bond will be done with all bases in Turkish Commercial Law. Principally the bill of exchange will be defined in the valuable records since the bond is a kind of bill of exchange and within this scope the terms, deed conditions, general principles, keynotes will be inspected. The plea concept will be discussed widely in the valuable records subject to understand the case study in a better way. It is very important to find out exactly the meaning of deed and the required records in the deed to put forward the plea. In that case the records of deed on the bond will be explained in the 3rd section and the plea will be processed through lack of the records.
