Özet
Bu tez 21. yy. düşünürlerinden Slavoj Žižek'in etiğinde öznenin ontolojik yönünü incelemektedir. İnsan gerçekliğinin pek çok alanda incelenmesi sonucu, etik olana dair bir takım teorik ve uygulamalı problemler ortaya çıkmıştır. Etik kuramlar, insanın ontolojik sorularına ve problemlerine anlam ve çeşitlilik katmaktadır. Bu soru ve problemlere işaret etmeye çalıştığım tezim iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, Žižek'in genel felsefi düşünceleri ile etiğine dair kavramsal bir çerçeve sunulmaktadır. Etiğin postmodern dünya ile genişlemekte olan alanı, biyopolitikadan teknobiyolojiye kadar insanın pek çok gerçeklik yönünü kapsamaktadır. Žižek, bu popüler gerçeklik alanlarında etik olanın varlığını özne aracılığıyla sorgulamaktadır. Žižek etiği, felsefeden psikanalize, sosyolojiden politikaya pek çok alanla bağlantılıdır. Žižek'in üzerinde durduğu konuların geniş olması etik sorunların da çeşitliliğine sebep olmuştur. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise, Žižek etiğinin arzu, ölüm dürtüsü, etik töz, özgürlük ve radikal kötülük konularındaki ontolojik yönleri sorgulanmaktadır. Gerçek'in etik yönlerine dair felsefi tartışmalar, Žižek'te öznenin aynı anda hem etik hem de biyolojik bir varlık olup olmaması imkanından hareketle anlam kazanmaktadır. Bu noktada Gerçek'in mahiyetini ve niteliğini sorgulamak etik problemleri belli unsurlara indirgemeyi engellemektedir. Pragmatik çelişkilerin etik göstergelerini, sanattan politikaya kadar pek çok örnekle ortaya koyan Žižek için etik, öznenin inşasında etkili olan dil, bilinçdışı, dürtü ve arzu ile şekillenen bir öz tutarlılığı kurmaya yöneliktir. Bu durum aynı zamanda öznenin etik benliğinde ve toplumsal gerçekliğinde karşılık bulmaktadır.

This thesis examines the ontological aspects of the subject in the ethics of one of the 21st century philosophers Slavoj Žižek. As a result of the examination of human reality in many areas, a number of theoretical and practical problems have emerged about the ethical. Ethical theories give meaning and variety to human ontological questions and problems. My thesis, which I try to point out these questions and problems, consists of two parts. In the first chapter, a conceptual framework of Žižek's general philosophical thoughts and ethics is presented. The expanding field of ethics with the postmodern world encompasses many aspects of human reality, from biopolitics to technobiology. Žižek questions the existence of the ethical through the subject in these popular reality areas. Žižek's ethics is linked to many fields from philosophy to psychoanalysis, from sociology to politics. The wide range of topics Žižek focuses on has also led to the diversity of ethical problems. In the second part of the study, the ontological aspects of Žižek's ethics on desire, death drive, ethical substance, freedom and radical evil are questioned. Philosophical debates on the ethical aspects of the Real gain meaning in Žižek, based on the possibility of the subject being both an ethical and a biological being at the same time. At this point, questioning the nature and quality of the Real prevents reducing ethical problems to certain elements. For Žižek, who reveals the ethical indicators of pragmatic contradictions with many examples from art to politics, ethics is aimed at establishing a self-consistency shaped by language, unconscious, drive and desire, which are effective in the construction of the subject. This situation also finds a response in the ethical self and social reality of the subject.
