Özet
Müellif Abdülkâdir et-Temîmî, Nazmü'l-Vişâh adlı bu eserinde Telhîs'da yer alan şiirlerin açıklamasına geniş bir şekilde yer vermiştir. Temîmî, sadece belagat ve meâni ile yetinmemiş, bunların dışında Arapçada yer alan diğer beyan şekillerine ayrıntılı olarak temas etmiştir. Belagatla ilgili görüşleri zikretmiş, bunlara eleştirel yorumlar getirmiştir. Temîmî, meâni sanatını şu şekilde tasnif etmiştir: İnkâr edilen deliller ve geliş şekillerine örnekler, inkâr edilmeyen deliller ve geliş şekillerine örnekler, isnat edilen deliller, kapsayıcı deliller, icâz, itnâb ve mutevassıt deliller. Beyan bölümünü de şu şekilde tasnif etmiştir: Teşbih delilleri, İstiare delilleri. Bedi bölümünü ise şu şekilde tasnif etmiştir: Tıbâk ve mukabele delilleri, tefrik ve te'âlî delilleri, mizah yapılıp aslında ciddiyet gözetilen örnekler. Her bölüme şiirsel örnekler konulup üzerinde değerlendirme yapılmış; dil ve belagat bilginlerinin eleştirileri zikredilmiştir. Bazı yerler müstesna genellikle deliller müellif tarafından söyleyen kişilere nispet edilmiştir.

Thesis title: A summary of the mantle of the veil on the evidence of summarizing the key in meanings and rhetoric and a statement This book has a clear importance in explaining the sayings and evidence contained in the original of the book. The book's author has summarized what has been explained for the vocabulary of the book and the evidences in the book Nithim Al-Washah, and he explains the evidence in detail, so the picture becomes clear when studying one of those small issues, In rhetoric and the meanings and criticism contained in this summary is considered one of the most important arts and foundations of rhetoric, as well as the comprehensiveness of the manuscript for a number of the arts of the Arabic language and not limited to the art of rhetoric and meanings. As Abdul Qadir Taqi Al-Din Al-Tamimi summarized in his summary and took the most prominent and most important poetic evidence, mentioning critical and rhetorical comments and opinions on in it, placing it under three arts, meanings, statement, and Badi', and then mades each of these arts into subsections, where he made meanings art. Divisions, including: downloading that which is not evil is the status of evil, evidence of the ascribed to it, evidence of shortness, evidence of brevity, overstatement, and equality. Which is meant by the grandfather, putting for each section its poetic evidence, commenting on it and mentioning the opinions of writers and critics, while attributing the evidence and opinions to their sayings, except that a few of them did not refer to those who said them.
