Özet
ÖZET 2+1 Boyutlu Hopf Terimli Doğrusal Olmayan CPX a Modelinin Spln-İstatlstik Özellikleri Yağmur Torun Yüksek Lisans Tea, Fizik Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi: Prof. Namık K. Pak Temmuz 1989, 38 sahile İki uzay boyutunda knvantum istatistiğinin genel teorisi homotopi teknikleri kullanılarak incelendi ve üç ve daha yüksek boyutlardakinden farklı olarak Bose ve Permi istatistik lerini de kapsayan tek parametreli bir knvantum istatistiği ailesi bulunduğu gösterildi. Somnt bir örnek olarak doğrusal olmayan bir alan teorbinm-Hopf terimi içeren CP\ modeli- spin ve istatistik özellikleri incelenerek modelin böyle bir davranış gösterdiği buhmdu. Bn teorinin noktasal parçacık limitinin de benzer sonuçlar verdiği gösterildi.

ABSTRACT Spin-Statistics Properties of the 2 + 1 dimensional CPX nonlinear (7-model with Hopf term Yağmur Torun M.S. in Physics Supervisor: Prof. Namık K. Pak July 1989, 38 pages General theory of quantum statistics in two spatial dimensions is reviewed using path integral techniques and homotopy theory and it is shown that unlike the situation in three or higher dimensions, there existB a single parameter family of quantum statistics interpolating between Bose and Fermi statistics. As a concrete example, the spm and statistics properties of a nonlinear field theory, namely the CP\ c-model with topological Hopf term, are investigated and it is found that the model exhibits such a behaviour. The point particle limit of this model is also considered, showing similar behaviour.
