Özet
Günümüzde estetik kavramı bir çok yönüyle diş hekimliğinde en önemli unsurlarından birisi haline gelmiştir. Ancak çeşitli renklenmeler diş ve kompozit rezinlerin estetiğini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Genel olarak dış kaynaklı renklenmeler profilaksi yöntemleri ile ortadan kaldırılabilirken, iç kaynaklı renklenmeler kimyasal beyazlatma ajanları ile ortadan kaldırılabilir. İç kaynaklı renklenmeler genel olarak, dişlerin oluşumu sırasında kullanılan tetrasiklin gibi ilaçlarda, yüksek florürden, diş oluşumu sırasında geçirilen ateşli çocuk hastalıkları, eritroblastosis fötalis, porfiria gibi yoğun pigment oluşumuna yol açan hastalıkardan veya genetik rahatsızlıklardan meydana gelebilir. Bu nedenle çalışmamızda çekilmiş dişler için beyazlatma ajanı olarak %40'lık hidrojen peroksit kullanıldı. Ayrıca profilaksi patlarının ve uygulama şeklinin dişlerin vital beyazlatma sonrası renklenmesine olan direncinin incelemek için farklı gruplarda iki farklı profilaksi patı sırasıyla beyazlatma öncesinde ve beyazlatma önce ve sonrasında uygulandı, renk ölçümleri her aşamada tekrarlandı. Kompozit rezin için; beyazlatma ajanı olarak %40'lık hidrojen peroksit kullanıldı. Bununla birlikte kompozit rezinlere vital beyazlatma öncesinde uygulanan farklı polisaj sistemlerinin etkisi değerlendirilmek için farklı gruplarda iki güncel polisaj disk sistemi kullanıldı. Daha sonra renk değerlendirilmesi ve yüzey özelliklerinin değerlendirmek amacıyla yüzey pürüzlülüğü ve sertlik ölçümleri yapıldı. En son aşamada hem çekilmiş dişler hem de kompozit resinler öncesinde uygulanan yüzey işlemleri ve beyazlatma ajanının dişler ve kompozit rezin üzerindeki renklemeye olan direncini saptamak amacıyla kahve solusyonunda daldırıldı ve final renk ölçümü yapıldı.

Today, the concept of aesthetics is one of the most important elements in dentistry in many aspects. However, various stains negatively affect tooth and composite resin aesthetics. In general, external stains can be removed by prophylaxis methods, while internal staining can be removed with chemical whitening agents. In general, internal staining may occur in drugs such as tetracycline used during the formation of teeth, high fluoride, febrile pediatric diseases during tooth formation, diseases that cause intense pigment formation such as erythroblastosis fetalis, porphyria, or genetic disorders. For this reason, 40% hydrogen peroxide was used as a bleaching agent for extracted teeth in our study. In addition, in order to examine the resistance of prophylaxis pastes and the way of application to the coloring of teeth after vital whitening, two different prophylaxis paste were applied respectively before, after bleaching and in both of different groups, and color measurements were repeated at each stage. For composite resin hydrogen peroxide of 40% was used as the bleaching agent. However, two current polishing systems were used in different groups to evaluate the effect of different polishing systems applied to composite resins before vital whitening. Then, surface roughness and hardness measurements were made in order to evaluate the color and surface properties. At the last stage, both the extracted teeth and the surface treatments applied before the composite resin discs were dipped in coffee solution to determine the resistance of the bleaching agent to coloring on the teeth and composite resin, and the final color measurement was made.
