Özet
Toplumun en küçük birimini oluşturan aile kavramı evlenme ile meydana gelmektedir. Bu kapsamda kanunların muhatabını oluşturan toplum yapısında önemli bir rol oynayan aile kavramı hukuk düzenlerinin yakından ilgilendiği bir alan olmuştur. Kanunumuzda da önemli bir yer taşıyan aile ve evlilik kurumu özel düzenlemeler ile koruma altına alınmakta, evlilik birliğini sona erdiren sebeplerden biri olan boşanma belirli sebeplere bağlanarak hakim müdahalesi ile de evlilik birliğinin korunması, olmadığı takdirde boşanmanın hasarlarının önüne geçilmek istenmektedir.Tez çalışmamızın konusunu da evlilik birliğini korumaya yönelik önlemler oluşturmaktadır.

The concept of family, which constitutes the smallest unit of society, occurs with marriage. In this context, the concept of family, which plays a significant role in the social structure that constitutes the addressee of the laws, has been an area of close interest to the legal systems. The family and the conjugal community, which also has an important place in our law, is protected by special regulations. Divorce, which is one of the reasons for ending the union of marriage, is connected to certain reasons and it is demanded to protect the union of marriage with the intervention of the judge, and to prevent the damages of the divorce if it is not.The subject of our thesis is the measures to protect the union of marriage. Our study consists of five chapters
