ÖZET NİĞDE VE YÖRESİNDE APANDİSTE GÖRÜLEN HELMİNTLERİN DAĞILIMI DEMİRCİ Doğan Niğde Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Biyoloji Ana Biilim Dalı Danışman : Yrd. Doç. Dr. ÇAKIR Mehmet Eylül 1997. 25 Sayfa Çalışmamızda toplam 220 apandis örneği helmint yönünden incelendi. 220 apandis vakası ve 26 pozitif vaka yaş ve cinsiyete göre çizelgelerle verilmiştir. Buna göre 220 vakanın 95'ini (%43.2) kadınlar oluştururken 125'ini (%56.8) erkekler oluşturmaktadır. 220 vakanın 26'sında (%11.8) helmint yumurtası görülürken, 194'ünde (%88.2) helmint yumurtasına rastlanmamıştır. Pozitif olan 26 vakanın 16'sını (%61.5) kadınlar oluştururken, 10'unu (%38.5) erkekler oluşturmaktadır. Bu sonuçlara göre akut apandisit vakası erkeklerde daha sık görülürken paraziter apandisit vakası ise kadınlarda daha sık görülmektedir. Çalışmalar sırasında en çok E. vermicularis (%6.4) yumurtası görülmüştür. Bunu sırasıyla A. lumbricoides (% 2), T. trichiura (%1.8), T. Saginata (%0.9) yumurtaları takip etmektedir. 26 pozitif vakanın 22'sinde 1, 3 tanesinde 2, 1 tanesinde ise 3 çeşit helmint yumurtası görülmüştür.

IV SUMMARY THE DİSRİBUTİON OF HELMİNHTES WERE FOUND İN APPENDIX İN Nİ?DE PROVINCE DEMİRCİ. Doğan University of Niğde Graduate school of Natural and Applied Science Depertment of Biology Supervisor: Mehmet Çakır Semptember- 1997. 25 pages In this study, total 220 of appendiz specimens were examined in the point of view of helmintes. Only, the contents of lumens of appendixs were investigated helmintes' eggs were established. The 220 appendicitis were divided in two groups, according to age and sexuality of patiens, and these groups were given in graphics. Similarly, positive 26 events were given in graphics. As a result, 95 events (43.2%) were found in women and 125 events (56.8%) were found in men. In 26 events (11.8)%, helmintes' eggs were determined, but in 194 events (88.2%), the eggs could not found. 16 of the positive 26 were found in women, 10 events (38.5%) of that were found in men According tho these result, acute appendicitis were determined in men more of that in women.IV However, parasitic appendicitis were determined in women more of that in men. In this study, Enterobius vermicularis were at most of eggs' specimens. After that, the eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura and Taenia saginata were followed. 1 in 22, 3 in 3, and 3 various Helmint species' eggs in one were found in 26 positive events.
