Özet
1. Summary Nowadays, in general, house has already been out of the control and inspection fields of architect... Technocrats, such as economist, buereau crafts, financial experts have been interested in this subject... Thus, unfortunately, architect is considerd only as a technical man. In other words, his positions, prestige has gone down to an ordinary technical man... In order to comprehend and analyse this procession, it is reguired to interrogate how to be affected by the inputs which impress the process of architect's desing...This work will enable us this procession to understand. In reality, house has changed its social identity and entered our economic lives as a merchandise. In order to change this strange situation and have house obtain its real identity, firstly it is needed that architectural formation might be changeable... To be able to interfere this procession that has been devoloped wihtout its own control, it depends on condition that it will take an active pert in the process... Obtaining architectural initiative needs that new experiences that got though tests will be put into pratice by the designer in the new residences... l.özet Günümüzde genellikle konut artık mimarın denetim sahasından çıkmış, ekonomist, iktisatçı, bürokrat, fînans uzmanı gibi teknokrat kimlikteki mesleki rollerin denetimi altına girmiş, ne yazık ki mimar toplum gözünde bir teknik adam pozisyonuna gerilemiştir. Bu sürecin anlaşılması, konut üretiminde mimarın tasarım sürecine etki eden girdilerin, sürece nasıl bir karekter yüklediğinin sorgulanması ile mümkün olacaktır. Görülmektedir ki konut, sosyal ve toplumsal kimliğini değiştirmiş, meta olarak ekonomik hayatımıza girmiştir. Konutun bu kimliğinin değişip ait olduğu kimliğe dönüşümünün sağlanması amacı ile ilk olarak mimari formasyonun değişebilir olması gereklidir.Kendi dışında gelişen sürece müdahale edebilmesi ancak süreç içerisinde aktif bir rol alabilmesi şartıile mümkün olabilir.Mimari insiyatifin kurulabilmesi ancak tasarımcının deneylerle elde etmiş olduğu tecrübelerini yeni mekanlarda kullanabilme başarısı ile mümkün olabilecektir.
