Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, sınıf öğretmenlerinin serbest zaman doyumu, öğretmenliğe ilişkin tutumu ve psikolojik iyi oluşlarının incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Manisa ili Yunusemre ilçesinde çalışan serbest zaman katılımcısı 298 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya katılan gönüllü öğretmenlere, ''Genel Bilgi Formu'',“Serbest Zaman Doyum Ölçeği (SZDÖ)'', ”Öğretmenlik Mesleğine İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği (ÖMİTÖ)" ve ''Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği (PİOÖ)'' uygulanmıştır. İstatistiksel analiz SPSS 20 programı ile yapılmıştır. Veriler analiz edilmeden önce dağılımın normalliği sınanmıştır. Gruplar arasındaki farklılıklar cinsiyet, medeni durum, meslek yılı, yaş ve serbest zaman katılım sıklığı açısından incelenmiş olup analizlerde t testi, Mann-Whitney U testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (Anova) ve Kruskal-Wallis H testi; post-hoc analizinde ise Scheffe ve Tamhane's T2 kullanılmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişki Pearson korelasyonu ile incelenmiştir. Etkinin ortaya konması için ise regresyon analizinden faydalanılmış ve moderatör etki analizi yapılmıştır. Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı SZDÖ .94, ÖMİTÖ .95 , PİO .87 olarak bulunmuştur. Yapılan analizlerle, cinsiyet değişkeninde SZDÖ eğitimsel, rahatlama ve estetik doyum alt boyutları ile PİO ve ÖMİTÖ'de; medeni durum değişkeninde SZDÖ fiziksel ve estetik doyum alt boyutlarında; meslek yılı değişkeninde SZDÖ eğitimsel, sosyal, rahatlama, estetik doyum alt boyutlarında; yaş değişkeninde SZDÖ sosyal, rahatlama doyum alt boyutları ile PİO ve ÖMİTÖ'de; serbest zaman katılım sıklığı değişkeninde SZDÖ tüm alt boyutları ile PİO ve ÖMİTÖ'de anlamlı farklılık olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Pearson korelasyon analizi sonucu, sınıf öğretmenlerinin SZDÖ, ÖMİTÖ ve PİOÖ arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişki tespit edilmiş ve yapılan regresyon analizi ile PİOÖ'nun SZDÖ ile ÖMİTÖ arasında kısmi aracılık etkisi olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Bu bulgular aracılığıyla, serbest zaman doyumunun ve psikolojik iyi oluşun sınıf öğretmenlerinin mesleğe ilişkin tutumu üzerinde pozitif etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışma bulgularının öğretmenlerin hizmet öncesi ve hizmet içi eğitimlerine rehberlik etmesi açısından önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir (p<0.05).

The aim of this study is to examine primary school teachers' leisure satisfaction, attitudes towards teaching and psychological well-being. The study group of the research consists of 298 leisure primary school teachers working in Yunusemre district of Manisa province.“General Information Form”,“Leisure Satisfaction Scale (LSS)”,“Attitude Scale for Teaching Profession (ASTP)”and“Psychological Well-being Scale (PWBS)”were applied to the volunteer teachers who participated in the study. Statistical analysis was made with SPSS 20 program. The normality of the distribution is tested before analyzing the data. The differences between the groups were examined in terms of gender, marital status, professional year, age and leisure participation. T test, Mann-Whitney U test, Anova and Kruskal-Wallis H test; Scheffe and Tamhane's T2 were used in post-hoc analysis. The relationship between variables was analyzed using Pearson's correlation. Regression analysis was used to reveal the effect and mediation test was applied. Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient was found as LSS .94, ASTP .95, PWBS .87. As a result of the analyzes made, in the gender variable LSS educational, relaxation and aesthetic satisfaction sub-dimensions, and PWBS and ASTP; In the marital status variable LSS physical and aesthetic satisfaction sub-dimensions; In the professional year variable, LSS in educational, social, relaxation, aesthetic satisfaction sub-dimensions; in the age variable LSS social, relaxation satisfaction sub-dimensions, and PWBS and ASTP; In the frequency of leisure participation variable, a significant difference was found in all sub-dimensions of LSS, ASTP and PWBS. As a result of the Pearson correlation analysis, a positive significant relationship was determined between primary school teachers' LSS, ASTP, and PWBS, and with the regression analysis, the partial mediating effect of PWBS between LSS and ASTP was revealed. As a result, it has been concluded that leisure satisfaction and psychological well-being have a positive effect on primary school teachers' attitudes towards the profession. It is suggested that the study should guide pre-service teachers in their pre-vocational and professional training of teachers (p<0.05).
