Özet
Türkiye'nin farklı bölgelerinden 49 lokaliteden toplanan 141 örnek ve floristik çalışmalar amacı ile Erciyes Üniversitesi herbaryumunda yer alan örnekler öncelikle morfolojik, anatomik ve ekolojik özellikleri göz önüne alınarak değerlendirildi. Bu örneklerden bazılarının ITS, ve mtLSU gen bölgeleri analiz edildi,filogenetik ağaçlar kuruldu. Türlerin lokalite ve ekolojibilgileri, deskripsiyonları, Türkiye ve Dünya'daki yayılışları belirlendi ve cinse ait tür tayin anahtarı hazırlandı. Bu çalışma öncesinde Türkiye'nin farklı bölgelerinden Umbilicaria cinsine ait U. aprina, U. arctica, U. cinerascens,U. cinereorufescens, U. crustulosa, U. cylindrica,U. cylindrica var. delisei, U. decussata, U. deusta, U. grisea, U. hirsuta, U. hyperborea, U. leiocarpa, U. nylanderiana, U. polyphylla, U. polyrrhiza, U. proboscidea, U. spodochroa, U. subglabra, U. vellea ve U. virginis türleri rapor edilmiştir. Ancak bu türler floristik çalışmalar sonucunda rapor edilmiştir ve moleküler veriler ile desteklenmemiştir. Bu doktora tezi kapsamında yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda U. africana, U. aprina, U. cinerascens, U. crustulosa, U. cylindrica, U. decussata, U. dendrophora, U. deusta, U. flocculosa, U. grisea, U. hirsuta, U. iberica, U. leiocarpa, U. nylanderiana, U. polyphylla, U. spodochroa, U. subglabra, U. vellea ve U. virginistürlerinin de Türkiye'de yayılış gösterdiği tespit edildi. Böylelikle Türkiye'deki Umbilicariacinsine ait tür sayısı20'den 24'e yükseldi. Bu çalışma da tespit edilen 4 tür Türkiye için yeni kayıt durumundadır.

Approximately, differentregions of Turkey from 49 to about 140 sample scollected from localities with the aim of Erciyes University and floristic studies ar examples primarily located in herbaria morphological, anatomical and ecological characteristic swere evaluated considering. Some of these samples were analyzed in ITS, andmtLSU gene regions, phylogenetic tree swere established. İnformation abou tlocalities and ecology of thespecies, deskripsiyon in Turkey and in the world and determined the distribution of species belongin to the genu sidentification key swere prepared. Beforethisstudy, U. arctica, U. cinerascens, U. cinereorufescens, U. crustulosa, U. cylindrica, U. cylindricadelisei, U. decussata, U. deusta, U. grisea, U. hirsuta, U. hyperborea, U. leiocarpa, U. nylanderiana, U. polyphylla, U. polyrrhiza, U. proboscidea, U. spodochroa, U. subglabra, U. velleaandU. Virginis were reported from Turkey. However, thes especies have been reported as a result of floristic studies and are not supported by molecular data. As a result of studiesconductedwithinthescope of thisPhDthesisU. africana, U. aprina, U. cinerascens, U. crustulosa, U. cylindrica, U. decussata, U. dendrophora, U. deusta, U. flocculosa, U. grisea, U. hirsuta, U. iberica, U. leiocarpa, U. nylanderiana, U. polyphylla, U. spodochroa, U. subglabra, U. vellea ve U. virginisspecieswerealsofoundto be distributed in Turkey. Thus, thenumber of species belonging to the genus Umbilicaria in Turkey roseto 24 from 20.4 species is determined by this study is in the new record for Turkey.
