Özet
IV ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Ankara ili, Göibaşı ilçesi sınırları içindeki Mogan Gölü'nde Şubat- Aralık 1996 tarihleri arasında yapılan örneklemelerle Ciliophora faunası tesbit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tesbit edilen Ciliophora türlerinin tür, cins, familya, altsınıf ve sınıf anahtarları düzenlenerek çizimleri verilmiştir. Araştırmanın yapıldığı gölde toplam 3 sınıf ve 11 takıma ait 34 tür ve tür düzeyinde teşhisi yapılamayan 9 cinsin tanımı yapılmıştır. Gölde teşhisi gerçekleştirilmiş olan taksonların, fızikokimyasal analiz sonuçlan ile ilişkisi ve teşhis için hazırlanan preparatlarda kullanılan farklı yöntemlerinin verimliliği tartışılmış, tür teşhislerinde karşılaşılan güçlüklere değinilmiştir.

ABSTRACT In this study, Ciiiophora fauna of Mogan Lake were determined from the specimens which were collected in a period of 1 ! months from February to December 1996. The description keys to species, genus, order, family, subclass and class of Ciiiophora are given and the figures of its species are drawn. During this study, 34 species belong to 1 1 orders and 3 classes were identified. In addition tothese 9 different specimens could be identified up to genus level. The relationship between the physico-chemical properties of lake and the present taxas were described. In this thesis, two different methods were used for the identification of Ciiiophora and a brief comparision of the methods were summarized.
