Özet
Bu çalışmada mobil telefon sektöründe faaliyet gösteren yeniden üreticilerin çevreye karşı tutumu ve yeniden üretilen ürün performansının sürdürülebilirlik üzerindeki etkisi ayrı ayrı incelenmiştir. Çevre tutumunun ve ürün performansının sürdürülebilirlik üzerine etkisi ayrı ayrı incelenmiştir. Yeniden mobil telefon üreticilerine yönelik 389 anket formu İstanbul ve Kocaeli illerinde bulunan işletmelere uygulanmıştır. Anket formları 16.08.2020-30.08.2020 tarihleri arasında çalışanlarla yüz yüze iletişime geçilerek doldurulmuştur. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen veriler üzerinden güvenilirlik analizi ve yapı geçerliliği testleri; açıklayıcı faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi test sonuçları sunulmuştur. Son aşamada yapısal eşitlik modellemesi kullanılarak araştırma modeli sınanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına bakıldığında yeniden üretilen ürünlerin performansının ve yeniden üreticilerin çevreye karşı tutumlarının sürdürülebilirlik üzerinde olumlu yönde etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, the attitudes of remanufacturers operating in the mobile phone industry towards the environment and the effect of regenerated product performance on sustainability were separately examined. The effect of environmental attitude on sustainability and the effect of product performance on sustainability were examined separately. Again, 389 questionnaires for mobile phone manufacturers were applied to businesses in Istanbul and Kocaeli provinces. The survey forms were filled in face-to-face communication with the employees between 16.08.2020-30.08.2020. Reliability analysis and structure validity tests based on the data obtained within the scope of the research; Explanatory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis test results are presented. At the last stage, the research model was tested using structural equation modeling. Looking at the results of the research, it has been determined that the performance of the reproduced products and the reproducers' attitude towards the environment have a positive effect on sustainability.
