Özet
Bâbürlüler döneminde kadının kimliği, konumu, önemi ve dönemin çocuğuna dair yaşanmışlıkları ayrıntılarıyla ele alıp gerek saray içi gerekse saray dışındaki halka dair hayatın pencerelerini aralayarak dönemin toplum yapısını incelemek çalışmamızın hedefini oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmamız Türkistan (Orta Asya) Türk geleneklerinin izlerini süren Bâbürlü toplumunun Hint kültür ve medeniyeti ile kaynaşarak yeni bir kültür medeniyet tesis etmesinden itibaren geçen sürede kadının konumu ve çocuklara verilen öneme odaklanmaktadır. Orta Çağ gibi karanlık bir dönemde Bâbürlüler Devleti'nin varlığını sürdürdüğü Hindistan topraklarında, kadın ve çocuklara verilen önemin diğer toplumların üzerinde olduğunu görülmektedir. Özellikle hanedan üyesi olan aile bireyleri, geleneksel kültür mirası ve aldıkları eğitimle yüksek seviyede bir yaşam sürerken, bu olgu dönemin kadınına ve çoğuna atfedilen önemi de imlemektedir. Üç bölümden oluşan çalışmamızda, Bâbürlü coğrafyasında kadın ve çocuğun yerini anlayabilmek adına siyasi ve sosyal hayata dair ayrıntılara değinilmeye çalışılmıştır.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the position of women and children both in the palaca and in the society in the period of Baburids State and to examine their roles in political and daily life in detail. Accordingly, our work is reconstructed by fusing with Indian culture and civilization of the sublime society and the Central Asian Turkish traditions, ıt focuses on the position of omen and children and their lives in the period until the collapse of the State of Baburids (1858). In a dark period such as the Middle Ages, when the State of Baburids continued its existence, the rights that women and children acquired in the palace were far above the possibilities of the age they were in. Even if the society feels the reflection of these rights acquired by women and children, the focus in on vital needs rather than entitlement. While the women and children of the palace gave the freedom to express themselves in their political and social life with the education they received, they pioneered the change in the perspective of the period towards women and children. From its foundation until its collapse (1526-1858), the Babur State caused a positive change in the position of women and children in their geography with their respect and love towards women and children. In our study, which consists of three speeches, in order to understand how women and children continue their lives in Baburids geography, all the details about their political and social lives have been addressed.
